Cons: Microwave Express cook 1 button wasnā€™t working; coffee maker was not level and tilted; dishwasher missing bottom back wheel on bottom rack; missing can opener; garbage disposal didnā€™t work; No trash liners and no trash service; Bed was on the floor and the bed skirt created a trip hazard; toilet handle unordinary hard to flush; light fixture cover over the kitchen table was missing; traffic side rooms very noisy; and parking in a huge lot was charged at $7 per night when it should be free for registered guests. On the positive sides: great location, near the hiking trails at Lynx; room was spacious and comfortable; kitchen had enough cookware and dishes and utensils; fridge full size; nice sized desk for working at; internet worked good; beautiful decor; felt safe and staff was great. When checking out, I relayed the list of the issues and Lori wrote them down, apologized and offered us a credit toward our bill.

Loved our stay there as a family of 5. Rooms are very clean, quiet rooms, beds are comfortable, as well the pillows. The front staff was a very nice lady, very patient and smiled at greeting. Did not love that we have to pay a fee for parking on top of an expensive room price.

Generally, nice rooms. Too many extra fees,$7/day, only clean every 3 days for a long stay or thats extra. Coffee cart thing, basically empty, no trash bags, need to remember customer service. Won't be back.

Not clean and not a comfortable stay
The room we stayed in was not clean and we were very uncomfortable sleeping there. There was Dog food left on the floor. Requested to have the floors cleaned due to dog hair and dog food. It was still very dusty and dirty. We also found more dog food under the table after requesting to have the room cleaned. They really need to deep clean that room. My husband and I woke up with bites on our legsā€¦ We will not be staying here again unfortunately.

Parking fee gouging
Hotel was recently renovated. Nicely done and very clean. We booked and paid IN FULL on July 5th for our stay 8/2-8/4. Upon arrival we were told there was a $7 parking fee per day. This fee was not disclosed at time of booking. There is ample parking at this property even in the event the hotel is fully booked!! We have stayed at this hotel in the past, however will NOT be staying in the future. For the price charged for the room PARKING SHOULD BE INCLUDED!!!! The room was fully paid before arrival and no mention of any fees to be collected at the property!šŸ˜”

The hotel was fine. They are undergoing a remodel, so there were boxes stacked in hallways, etc. Room was clean, but traffic noise was pretty loud. The bed was not very comfortable, same with the pillows. Nice complimentary breakfast. $7.00 charge for parking, which seemed odd in a residential area.

Didnā€™t know renovations where and would be going on when I booked room, can here traffic below all night ,& didn't know there was a charge of 7 dollars per night for parking. Other then that rooms were nice & clean, breakfast they offered was good. Other then the loud noise due to constant road traffic & parking fee was a good stay.
