With a "million dollar" front view, you will love Windy Willows Lakeside Villa's idyllic, tranquil setting. Situated on Echo Lake, on the edge of the Aroostook State Park in northern Maine, this is a four season getaway, the perfect place to unwind away from the city hustle.
There are hiking, cross-country ski and snow mobile trails practically at your doorstep along with kayaking, fishing and loads of outdoor recreational options.

Entire unit all on one level/ handicap accessible with radiant floor heat throughout.
Large open plan living, kitchen and dining area.
Spacious rooms, comfy beds and two patios including a large south facing one with a view of the lake and mountain.
Master bedroom with walk in closet, ensuite bathroom with tub and adjoining bedroom for young children.
Ramp access to kitchen entrance with door code entry.

When not away, (which is often) host stays in a separate apartment in the basement, no shared facilities, space or entry.
This is a NO smoking property, guests have to walk away from the house if they need to smoke or smoke in their car.

Beautiful countryside right on the shores of Echo Lake on the northern edge of the Aroostook State Park, just off US Highway 1.
Both ITS 83 (major snowmobile trail) and trail 74 are accessible from the house, which is close to the Aroostook State Park. The Presque Isle snowmobile clubhouse is right by the park. The balloon park (site of the first transatlantic hot air balloon launch) is 2 mins down the road and is also on the snowmobile trail.

Free on site parking. You can walk, bike or cross-country ski to the nearby park but will need a vehicle or taxi (Uber occasionally available) for shops. The Presque Isle regional airport in town is 5 miles from the house, has connections to many destinations flying United via Newark.
