We were allocated the smallest room weā€™ve ever stayed in. The TV in the room wasnā€™t working. The managerā€™s solution was to charge us Ā£25 for a room upgrade! He was useless. Also there is a car park barrier that is positioned just off a really busy main road. An accident waiting to happen. We will never be back

Lovely place for a 1 night
Arrived early thought using Walled Garden restaurant for light bite lunch but option but restaurant was chilly so ended up at other venue nearby. Check in was quick, room spotless. Used leisure facilities, very good and spotless. Ate out in evening, pre booked. Morning breakfast excellent. Chatting to young coulpe on adjacent table, who said restaurant was cold last night so overall great but ensure you have a warm restaurant above all

Best room yet
We stay here regularly as its my sons favourtie hotel. This time however we stayed in Room 30. Best ever yet. The room was amazing woth the double bedrooms and the courtyard. Staff here couldn't be more helpful.

Overnight stay
Lovely overnight stay at Barton Manor. We were able to check in & use the leisure facilities. Pool, sauna & stream room were good. Our bedroom was on the second floor (221). Unfortunately our view out to the nice garden area was limited due to privacy screening applied to the windows. A very large building is being constructed to add 48 rooms to the complex. We were not made aware of this. There was no work done during our stay though so we were not disturbed. Bathroom was very compact and a bit awkward. It was good to have an ice station on each floor and we appreciated this for a cool drink during the night. Breakfast was all self service and had a variety of freshly cooked food. Staff were particularly nice and friendly.

Only downside was the scaffolding next door but did not spoil the overall experience. The staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. They fitted me in at last minute. The room was clean, large and very comfortable, the evening meal was delicious and so was the breakfast šŸ˜‹ excellent hotel
