A classic 1850s farm with a modernized farmhouse, historic barns, 15 acres of fields and forest, and sweeping views of the Bay of Quinte, The Wilda Farmhouse is all about unplugging and having fun with your people. The heart of the house is a massive cathedral-ceilinged great room equipped with board games, a SONOS speaker and record player. The integrated kitchen is chef-friendly.

Set within a 15 acre property that includes pollinator gardens, fields and a deep pine forest, guests are free to explore, and to enjoy a sunset barbecue on the newly refinished back patio. Wilda Farmhouse can accommodate 8 adults (age 12+) and 4 children (age 2-12) as per the property's short term accommodation license.

Please note that the home has a 5th queen bed in the lower bedroom. The cleaning fee includes linens for 4 beds. Guests are welcome to bring their own sheets for the 5th bed or request linens for and additional $30.

A damage deposit 'hold' of $1000 will be placed on your credit card prior to check in. The hold will be released after a post check out inspection confirming that no damage was caused to the property during your stay.
Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund up to 30 days prior to check-in.
Reservations cancelled within 30 days of check-in will forfeit the 50% deposit. Reservations are non-refundable within 14 days of check-in. All cancellations are subject to an administration fee of 4% of the total deposit.
