AIRY AND SPACIOUS STUDIO ON GROUND FLOOR

The Blue Room is a “hotel style” studio with a private bathroom and covered lanai. Included are a comfy queen bed, wireless, smart t.v., coffee maker and mini fridge. There are no cooking or laundry facilities. Close to restaurants, shops, resorts and beaches. Walking distance to the Westin, Hanalei Bay Resort and The One Hotel. Cool and airy inside (fans but no A/C) with plenty of greenery outside. The perfect getaway for island explorers. After a full day of activities, return to take a soak in the jacuzzi or a dip in the pool. You're just a short drive away from golf, horse-back riding, surf lessons, scuba diving, zip lining, etc. Walk along the Princeville path to see the sunset or visit a resort for a cocktail. Sandpiper was one of the first condominium spilt in Princeville and many locals reside there, working, going to school, etc. Guests can experience a real local vibe.

great stay at this condo in Princeville. Well located with easy access to the north shore, and well equipped as indicated in listing with addition of beach/snorkelling gear for renters’ use. As noted in listing, there is no AC though we found this wasn’t a huge issue given the fans and air flow in unit

Great Property!
This spot was perfect for my wife and I's quick stay on Kauai! It gave us a comfortable spot to regroup and relax as we explored the island and went from activity to activity. We would definitely stay again if we ever are back on the island!

Convient and great location
Nice and simple with everything needed. Easy access and location is great. It’s really all you need for two to reset and relax at the end of each day. When you understand Kauai and spending most all the time exploring beaches etc, you just need a place like this providing everything at an affordable price. We plan on staying and using this unit when staying on the north end in the future. Thank you.

Wonderful little condo!
This condo was a perfect stay for the second stretch after camping up to the North Shore. Easy to access in Princeville, quiet, clean and even a cute little lanai to enjoy. Highly recommend!

Great place for couples!
Stayed for 3 nights with my husband for our honeymoon. Great place with nice little patio. Found parking pretty easily each time in the lot. Everything was clean, lots of towels and provided toiletries.

Perfect location, parking was an issue, neighbors were a bit loud at 2am, but that can’t be helped or controlled. Place needs to be fixed up from water damage. Maybe add a fan for bathroom as it was pretty hot getting ready. A fresh paint job could help. Bugs came in the windows. Neighborhood was beautiful.

Amazing Stay
The location was amazing with a peaceful neighborhood. The room was spacious and equipped with all the beach supplies. Plenty of towels and basic kitchen essentials to make coffee/heat food. I would highly recommend this place for a perfect getaway. Note that it rains frequently in Princeville and restaurant options are little pricey.

Basic studio at a good price, a differentiator from many of the expensive resort-style places in the area. Not comfy for relaxing because there’s no couch or arm chairs. But fine for just sleeping and cleaning up. The beach gear was a helpful touch - we used the umbrella daily. Host was communicative and allowed us to check in early.

Quaint place to stay
Janet was very communicative and accommodating (she let us check in a bit early!). The condo is just as listed and described: not a lot of bells and whistles, but it had everything you needed as a home base. We appreciated the fan, and it was nice to enjoy breakfast on the lanai. Parking wasn’t too bad (permit was provided), and it was easy to get around - very close to a Foodland as well as other eats.

Perfect for what we needed
We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is really cute and the patio/lanai is particularly nice. It was great to have beach gear we could use, including chairs, a cooler, towels, and snorkel masks. There were shops and restaurants a quick drive away, and we were able to walk to some places to explore. Janet's communication was great, with quick responses to questions. The only negative is that there is no dresser or drawers to put clothing in, and more hangers would have been nice.

Perfect nights rest!
We love staying in Princeville with so many short hikes down to the ocean as well as being on the North shore. This studio was the perfect place to rest after a full days adventures and dinner out. We also grilled by the pool , soaked in the hot tub and met other residents as well as other tourists. The room has nice airflow as well as a ceiling fan to keep you cool. I would definitely stay here again. The host is very friendly and accessible as well. 🌺
