The restaurant right next to our stay, Azul was great to visit. We enjoyed the pool, room and level of service even with it being a very busy weekend. The room was good, the free breakfast selections were impressive. The area it is in is a little rough but not too bad and it's easy to get to a lot of fun spots in the Pawtucket/Providence area. We did have one issue where an employee was very loudly arguing about politics with another guest down the hall for at least 10 minutes (we basically had only stopped by to change for a Halloween party) which we could hear in our room which was obtrusive, but the majority of our interactions with staff were lovely.

We had a good stay at Pawtucket Hampton Inn. A few thing missing. No information in room regarding wifi or ice location. No glasses in bathroom. Not a deal breaker but would have been nice. Breakfast was included and basic self serve but lots of choices. Overall we would stay again and recommend

The customer service was good. Stacy at the front desk was very polite, and friendly. The room was okay. It provided what we needed for a last minute booking. The breakfast in the morning was a plus for my family. The hotel could use a little updating, but overall pretty good. Not having free WiFi was a downer.
