The property was convenient to the convention center which was good for me because I did not need to exit the property. There was a vagrant in the walkway from the hotel to the convention center sleeping in a chair which was alarming to me. Security moved the vagrant along but the vagrant only used the walkway from the hotel to the shopping center to exit the area. Once again though, security moved the vagrant. Everything else about the stay was very good.

It was a great choice for a last minute trip! room was very clean and the bed was incredible. My reservation included credits which we used for the amazing coffee they have on site.

It was a really nice stay and beautiful. The shower had good water pressure but the water took a bit to go down. I couldn’t really turn the heat up in the room but other than that it awesome how it was connected to the convention center and mall.

We were within walking distance of anything we wanted to do. If we had chosen to remain indoors the entire time, there would have been many activities, shopping, and the like to choose from. There were professional, and college sports going, as well as the live Hamilton performance at the PPAC. The town was abuzz!

Perfect stay for a trip to Rhode Island
I had a wonderful experience at the Omni Providence. I was visiting Rhode Island on a special-occasion trip to visit friends and family, and chose Omni for the value and location. I was quite impressed by how the staff made my stay incredibly warm and hospitable. Each person I encountered, from the front desk team of Jennifer, Samira, Kate, and Stephanie to the bellhop Wilford, the room attendant, Jackey, exceeded my expectations with their kindness, professionalism, and diligence. This team is clearly well-trained along and conveys a good team culture -- the team, especially Jennifer, also had great senses of humor to make me smile. The location is convenient, walkable to anywhere in downtown Providence, along with nice views of the city. I would highly recommend coming to the Omni for the hospitality, location and extraordinary value. I extend sincere thanks to all the staff here for a memorable birthday weekend. I am really impressed.

The decor and presentation at the entrance were impressive and made a great first impression! The rooms were clean and well kept. However, our stay was disrupted by housekeeping knocking on our door twice early in the morning, well before checkout time. This was inconvenient and impacted our experience. Better coordination on guest privacy would make a big difference.

This hotel is great and it’s my 3rd time staying. I was very disappointed when I got there and realized that their pool had been closed down (for about a year). It’s on their website but other platforms haven’t been updated.

Our stay at the Omni in Providence was truly exceptional! We were in town for a show and couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. One of the highlights was the hotel’s convenient connection to the mall—no need to step outside, which was such a pleasant surprise. The on-site restaurants were outstanding, offering delicious food and excellent service. A special shout-out to Brandon at Fleur—he was incredibly attentive, responsive, and an absolute pleasure to interact with. He made our dining experience even more memorable. The hotel itself was beautifully maintained, and the staff was accommodating and welcoming throughout our stay. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend the Omni in Providence for a relaxing and enjoyable visit!
