The staff were extremely helpful & very compassionate. The breakfast covered almost anyone’s wants or needs. Although the valet parking was $38/day , the Laz staff would run the distance to retrieve a vehicle & return it with a smile.

We parked at the convention center garage across the street, much cheaper than the hotels valet. Our experience at the hotel was amazing, we were offered a free room upgrade, the bartender went out of his way to let us borrow a wine stopper, and everyone was super friendly. The room was immaculate and very spacious.

The property was very modern, spacious, very close to amenities like dining. Valet parking was well worth it, but plenty of garages in the area if you would rather self park. The staff was gracious, well informed, and present at all times. Really enjoyed our stay.

It was a nice stay. It was very clean and quiet. It is walking distance to the mall and other restaurants. There is only valet parking, but it is in and out as much as you want. Overall, it was a great stay.

The property is well situated and maintained. Rooms are very nice but have lots of hard surfaces and can be a bit noisy, particularly if the air conditioner is not set to have the fan constantly on. Breakfast buffet is very nice for the price (i.e. free.) Staff is courteous and professional.
