Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn’t care for was how strong the smell of smoke was from the main casino and how it seemed to permeate other areas like the food courts and even the hallway leading into the elevator lobby

The room was great, clean and comfortable. The neighbors above were extremely LOUD at 3:30-6am. I understand being drunk but unnecessary screaming and jumping and running.

Stayed two night at beginning of trip and one night on the way home. Very comfortable beds. Last night gave us an ada room and one bed was very low but was comfortable. Great pillows. Nice showers. Nice products.

Rooms are pretty much brand new. While the staff wasn't outwardly friendly, they were polite when we needed to ask questions. Food was really great. It's a casino so we expected the prices to be high but they were still reasonable. Overall a nice place to stay. Very convenient and fun.

What I did not like was the restaurant Wicked Bar and Grill discrimination against my special needs adult son. They would not accept his FL I.D. and stated that he did not look 35 which is his age. This was a very concerning event which has soured our family toward this property. the hotel staff and room were excellent.
