The house was ideal for us (3 adults and 1 dog). Very clean. Comfy furnishings. A couple of terrific places to eat nearby and a short walk to all the action in Ptown.

Great location to wander Provincetown and beaches
The house comes with everything we needed. The kitchen is well equiped and the gas fireplace was very cosy. The small fenced backyard was fine for letting the dog out in the morning without having to gear up to go out. It is an easy walk to downtown for dinner and short drive to all the ocean you could ever want!

Very nice house hat made our trip special
We liked the house a lot. Slightly off the main path to downtown and only a 10 min walk to Commercial Street. It is only a two min walk to the supermarket and a bike rental. Lots of room and an excellent outdoor space. Spices and kitchen supplies were ample for any basic cooking or grilling. When we arrived, everything was very very clean. Minor overlooked detail is that there could be more paper products provided (toilet tissue, tissues, and paper towels). For our two week stay, we needed to buy some ourselves and left them behind for the next guest. Overall a very good experience. And would definitely rent this property again.

Spacious , modern, quiet and clean
This recently renovated house was great for our needs. Past house rentals we have had in Provincetown had noise problems from shared walls with neighbors. This house is standalone and in a quiet neighborhood, yet still a 10 minute walk to Commercial. The house was clean and has modern appliances and a well-functioning HVAC system. The primary suite is especially nice with both a spacious bedroom and bathroom. One slight issue we had , noted by others, is that it can be hard to get detailed, specific answers since you are dealing with a management company and not the owner. It took 3 tries and several weeks to learn whether the skylights have shades (they do).

Great home and location
We found this property to be super clean, comfortable, and just a short walk to everything we wanted to do. We also loved there was a dog park just a few minutes walk from the property. The only issue we had was not being able to turn on the TV in the living room. We reached out the property manger Saturday morning and received a response, but ultimately never received help. I think that's one issue with a large property management company, but otherwise our stay was amazing.

This home is a gem right off Shankpainter Road. Four adults stayed there very comfortably. The bathrooms were huge as was the upstairs master suite. The amenities were tremendous. We loved our stay.

Provincetown wonderful fit
The location is less than 1 mile from Lobster Pot and center of town. Also conveniently walked to Herring Cove Beach. Property is in very good shape. Parking was great and comfortable for 3 cars. Bedrooms on two different floors helped provide privacy when needed. The front porch was awesome! On arrival a couple issue which were quickly resolved by property management which was responsive.

Clean But Not Great for Two Couples
Overall, the house is clean and comfortable. We were disappointed that the property offers one very large, spacious, comfortable bedroom/bathroom upstairs with a queen bed; but the second bedroom is only a full bed and does not offer much in the way of storage (no dressers or drawers). Also, we were asked to leave the garbage in the garage during out stay but there were no bins in the garage, and so after a few days the smell became overpowering. Shame that these little things got in the way of what is a beautiful home.

Minutes from P-town
We really loved the convenience of a the early check-in and late check-out. They were true to their offering on that from and it was great. Mangers were responsive to our needs immediately. The place is spotless, and although I would prefer a little carpeting to warm things up a little, I understand that as a pet friendly property they have to keep it sparse in that front. Kitchen well appointed and knives sharp. My partner and I are chefs so this is important. You really can’t go wrong here: well managed and CLEAN.
