I booked this hotel based on location to a family event. The map was wrong. It made me late for the family function. Before I even checked in I also noticed the pool and hot tub wasn’t working. One of the other reasons I booked here. They are unwilling to work with me. They took my money and I still have to get another hotel room close to my event. The new location also has a working pool and hot tub. Never book on travel sites with out speaking with the hotel first. My mistake. Please never use this hotel. Look at the ratings.

The manager was very rude and was saying some nasty things infront of my wife and kids. Was mocking me of my tourettes. Changed the date of our check in and said we needed to leave. I checked in with expedia and i had gave them a call. They told them the same thing as me. So we packed our things with a ful refund. As i was out the door with my family he was still mocking me and my condition . Woukd not recommend this at all sleep in your cars if it comes to it. Worse place ever.

Let's start out by saying you get what you pay for. Furniture in room was all broken. Floor was filthy. Shower curtain rod broken and hanging down. Tooth paste on mirror and wall. Stains on bed covers and chair by desk. Coffee maker did not work.

Max and his team were absolutely amazing. We have dogs and the Days Inn Lehi was perfect by location, ease of use, parking, drivability.

The property was convenient for easy access to the freeway. This is obviously an older hotel that is in serious need of updating. As part of a larger chain, I would have expected a better property. The rooms were spacious, simply because they had removed most of the furniture. Carpet floors had been replaced with laminate flooring. The one pillow per person was flat and not comfortable. In my particular room, the dresser had a broken drawer, the wall was scuffed and chipped from furniture, and the lack of plugs made charging my devices difficult. For breakfast, the only offerings were yogurt cups and Poptarts. Being familiar with the old saying "you get ehat you paid for" I would note that this hotel was not anywhere worth what i was charged for the room. I will definitely not be staying in a Days Inn again.

They let them smoke in non smoking
The second floor was no smoking, yet for both night someone next to us was smoking nonstop and even though we told the main office nothing was done he didnt even bother writing anything he just shook his head and said ok. It smelled through the door of weed and cigarettes
