The location of this property is very convenient. You can walk or drive to a shopping mall close to it. I would pay attention to the doors as the noise can be heard as if the people is in your room.

Good. But please check the complimentary service that other hotels genrally provide. There were No complimentary coffee & tea, bottled water in the room. No small refrigerator in the room. NO coffee potin the room.

Un hotel con calidad, el mejor servicio a cliente y ultra pet friendly con camitas, platos y en ocasiones juguetes (ahora no le tocó a Aspen). Para mi la diferencia frente a sus competidores es que recibe con la misma alegría a humanos que a canes. Paquito, Algondo y Stephy en el restaurant te atienden de lujo. Regredo siempre. Esta ocasión me gustó que en limpieza de estacionamiento frontal han redoblado esfuerzos.

Great hotel in Puebla
We stayed in Puebla for some days and this hotel have us what we needed as a family. We booked two bedrooms suite. It was spacious and very clean. Service in the bar is amazing and also the food in the restaurant. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. I'll book this hotel again for our next visit.
