No ac and front desk staff were terrible about opening the parking gate when you leave and enter. Would have us waiting at the gate for minutes even after honking. Would recommend upgrading to an automatic system

no fue la habitación que contrate ponen fotos que no son y cobran otra tarifa el estacionamiento sucio, el orden alterado por huéspedes muy escandalosos así como la mascota que ladraba mucho de otra habitación el portero no se enteró porque estaba durmiendo etc, etc

La propiedad tiene muchos puntos a favor: excelente ubicación, buen estado, limpieza, la atención del personal, estacionamiento, pese a algunos detalles (el aislamiento sonoro es inexistente)... pero lo que me arruinó todo fue el que agua en la regadera salía apenas tibia, casi fría. Ya no tenía tiempo para ver qué pasaba (el boiler aparentemente estaba funcionando) y me tuve que "bañar" así, cosa que NO aprecio. Otro punto desagradable es que la terminal bancaria no estaba funcionando cuando llegué y me ofrecieron pagar en efectivo o dejar los datos de la tarjeta (!!!); por suerte, el personal se movió y logró que funcionara la terminal, lo cual les agradezco mucho, pero perdí como 30 minutos en esto, cosa que no tiene razón de ser. Así que todo bien en general... pero debido a estos dos puntos, sobre todo el primero, no volvería a pesar de todas las ventajas que ofrece la propiedad.
