Love the staff &hotel, but troublemakers ruinedit
We always stay here to get away from the house for the night. The staff is always above and beyond. The hotel is old, but clean. This time we had a huge issue with troublemakers outside. We walked the dogs and this kid followed us around trying to sell us drugs, there were homeless banging on the doors outside the building all night and people hollering and slamming around all night. I got 2 hours of sleep on my night to get away and relax. It was frustrating and disappointing.

Hotel.com should be avoided - they have poor customer service. Their website provided a location several hours away from where I requested and booked by accident but they won’t provide a refund - what a joke.

This property is absolutely disgusting and the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. The front desk guy was racist and became aggressive towards us to the point the police had to get involved. Definitely getting my money back.

The pool and hot tub aren’t in service but there’s no way we’d feel safe using them if they had been open. The whole motel reeks of weed. The carpets are filthy. The linens are stained and full of cigarette burns. Breakfast is bare minimum and the in room fridge was gross Didn’t dare step foot in the bathtub. A $100 cash deposit is required that is not mentioned on Travelocity. The exit doors kept being propped open all night despite supposed to be locked after 10pm. Had to have a very long, hot shower once home to wash that place off. Never again!

Pool was.ice.cold for winter months. Frint desk persin was on his phone. Not even a good morning or even looked up off his phone! Room had nore dudt than my country house. Toilet seat loose almost hit the floor No do not bot desturb sign. No pen or paper. Still left a tip lol

Of course they could care less since you guys (Expedia)had charged our room on our credit card the day we made reservations. Since they had the situation with the freeway shutdown in Pueblo, tried to cancel the reservation with Expedia & we were informed there would be NO REFUND no matter what. Will never make any future reservations with your company
