This property seems to have ownership that just doesn't care about anything, other than profit. The towels were worn out and the meager breakfast offerings were terrible. Some of the food seemed to have been warmed over from yesterday's breakfast. One day of our stay, the eggs had a strange "bluish" tint and clumps of some unidentifiable substance. One morning there was no meat offered. I overheard one of the staff comment that management, "did not provide enough money to purchase food for breakfast." This stay was TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE for a Hilton property.

We came to the hotel after experiencing a gas leak at home. We were greeting by a helpful young lady that unfortunately I didn't get her name. Room was pleasant for our family as we had our 3 grandkids spending the night. We were checked in quickly and we were able to get a good sleep with the few hours left of the early morning arrival. Breakfast offered a variety of cold and hot food. Food was tasty and proper temperatures. Tara checked us out of our room prompt, efficient and with a smile!

Couldnt get keys for room. Had to use stairs up to 3rd floor refrigerator is noisy. No closet or hangers hard to get room warm and snow and ice on all sidewalks. Bathroom mirror dirty shower dirty. Elevator sounded like it was going out. To much to pay for this.

Room was hot and we could never get the temperature to go down. It made it hard to sleep. The shower head wouldnt move. Our leys wouldnt work at all the day we left. Breakfast was slim pickins. The staff was super nice.

I have never stayed at a Hampton that was this dirty and the staff so unprofessional. I realize this is an older hotel but that is no reason to be so dirty. The carpet in the room was so stained we didn't dare walk on it barefoot. All along the edges of the walls in the hall and room were filthy. The wallpaper was coming off the wall. There was mold around the tub grout, crud on the floor and the body wash bottle empty. There was only 1 wash cloth and hand towel. The breakfast was horrible. The waffle (which I usually love) were so bad I couldn't eat it. When I politely asked the assistant for butter she brought out 2 cubes and said "give me a minute, I'm getting to it". The bread looked so old and dry if you touched it I'm sure it would have just crumbled. I will never stay here again and would not recommend to anyone else.

Beds comfortable. Hotel run down. Should not be listed as a Hampton Inn. Twenty year old Motel 6 is what it should be named.Waited 20 minutes to get checked in because staff was on break. They removed the big bottles of product.They provide the smallest bottles I’ve ever. No breakfast attendant, therefore breakfast was a disaster.

Disappointing
This was nothing like the other Hampton Inns we’ve stayed at. The rooms were old in disrepair. The ice machines were either missing, broken or out of ice. We had to ring the bell 3 times before anyone came to the front desk when we checked in. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The hallway and room had an overpowering disinfectant smell. The hotel definitely needs some help.

The pool was amazing. Staff super friendly and helpful. We stayed 2 nights and out our 6 day adventure this was the best hotel.

Not for the faint or easily offended
We checked into both of our rooms even though part of our party was not there. In a short span of 45 minutes they gave away our second room and moved another family in there. My daughters got a key and walked into the room, thankfully no one was there, but the room they moved them to did not have lights in the bathroom, no toilet paper, no towels and the light fixture was on the counter, and there was something brown in the tub, clearly the room was not ready to be rented out. After 3 calls to the front desk, several texts and my daughters missing the wedding we were there for, I finally had to go down and get it resolved. Ben at the front desk was extremely rude, asked me what I wanted him to do about it, and complained about staff, housekeeping and was clearly not happy with his job. After being told they would take care of the room, they decided differently when we went to check out. Do not recommend at all and as a Hilton Honors member, this is not how anyone should be treated.
