Loved absolutely everything! Especially the beach area, it may be very rocky, but the water was one of the most beautiful! The only thing that is horrible it was their way of reserving restaurants. And they don’t help you at all if you don’t get in. It’s literally a lottery. We didnt like the Mexican or the Italian restaurant that much, but the Grill was amazing. Also, we stayed 8 nights, they have the SAME breakfast every morning, and basically the same lunch and dinner at the buffet, they really need to change things up. Otherwise, we loved everything else, so quaint and quiet, the entertainment was awesome and if you’re going for a nice and relaxing beach then it’s worth it!

The staff at this resort are all wonderful. The food is great, it was hard to get reservations at the sit down restaurants but we did go over New Years which I think is a lot busier. They have two other restaurants where you can walk in and sit down and order if you don’t want to go to the buffet. That was very nice when we didn’t get a spot in the reservations required restaurants. Tons of fish right at the resort. It’s a little rocky but adds to the experience. We snorkeled right there and saw tons of fish. Everything was exactly what they claim on their website. There was no pressure to buy timeshares (we’ve had that at other places) and no pressure to tip even though we did. It’s easy to find a quiet spot if you want it and also things going on all the time if you want to be entertained. They had something for everyone. I would recommend for couples or for families with children. Also loved the entertainment. Real talent, meaningful themed shows, classy. Loved it all.

I had an overall great experience at the hotel, which exceeded my expectations based on both the reviews I read and my own stay. The property is chic, with fancy restaurants offering excellent dining options. I highly recommend "The Beloved" restaurant; it was a standout during our stay. However, there was one significant issue. We had requested a late checkout when we checked in, which was even noted in our Expedia reservation. Unfortunately, this request was overlooked, and we lost access to our room at noon. This caused us a stressful situation since we hadn’t packed and our flight was approaching. The staff was hesitant to help resolve the issue, and it took about an hour to sort things out, which was an unfortunate delay. Overall, despite the check-out issue, I still recommend the hotel for its quality amenities and excellent dining options.

The food was decent and the property was fine. The beach was very rocky and I wouldn't go in without my water shoes. The most irritating thing was the levels of exclusivity. No one explained what level we were when we, and which places we were excluded from using. We went to the tikki bar on the beach that was close to our room for the first four days, then we were told we didn't have the right bracelet to go to that bar. There were never enough chairs at the beach or the pool, and even though it's posted everywhere that guests aren't supposed to come save seats for later, everyone was doing it. When my husband went down one morning to put our towels on some chairs, an employee said he wasn't allowed to do that, even though everyone else was doing it. The nightly entertainment was not near as good as I've seen at other resorts.

We took our parents and found the property very accessible and had everything we needed including a very nice spa and gym. Staff were very friendly! Convenient shopping and activities nearby. The only downside was the system used to book reservations in a la carte restaurants. If you have privilege status, go to the Bloved restaurant! Fabulous meals and service there!

Always a great stay …. 10 th time back. Food was great , cannot comment on buffet but the beloved was excellent and great service as always. A la cartes were great , shout out to Lucas in the Ayami , awesome service. Didn’t get into the Mexican restaurant which was disappointing, the reservations were really hard to get. Jared at entertainment was so much fun ! Ps thanks for explaining the card trick! Great stay , see you next time

Good Facility, need to improve electronic dining reservation system, this is not working at all. They have some amazing restaurants but different to get the table due to issues with the booking system.

The biggest problem at this resort is the limited food options available. The buffets are terrible and it was impossible to get a reservation at any of their 4 restaurants. The reservation system seems ridiculous at best! You have to wake up at 7:45 am (on vacation!!) because the reservation opens at 8am daily, but don’t worry because you won’t get one anyway! It fills up by 8:02!! There are better resorts with better food options and better reservation systems.
