The Hotel was overall a great place to stay. Some minor things that could have been better were the hot tub in my room, some of the jets were not working properly, A/C stopped working for a few hours but other than that, no major complaints. Food I give 2/5⭐️

Staff were excellent especially the servers at Frutas Y Flores. Limited dining options which made it difficult to feed my two picky eaters so had to dine out a few times. Location is great. Not far from Malecón and the La Isla shopping area. Short drive to the airport too. For an all inclusive, we were shocked to find out room service had a fee but it was stated on their website which I had missed. Pools were great but difficult to find lounge chairs if you weren’t up early. Overall, we had a good experience here and my kiddos didn’t want to leave.

We had issues when we arrived with an error which we had to pay a significant amount extra to stay. We weren’t happy however the stay at the resort was great. The staff , especially Eduardo was amazing. The food was great and the location was perfect.

There are a lot of good things to say about this place. The location is great. You can walk pretty much anywhere and if you dont want to walk, take the bus for 10 pesos and it takes you to Malecon or marina. Same coming back. The food options are pretty great. I would recommend they stick to local plates. Stay away from Italian night. Most of the staff is friendly, some are indifferent. The kids club was great and Selena was kind and sweet with the kids! The pool area could use more shade. When the sun is out its almost unbearable. The room was decent and had a nice view. However, if you are looking for a high end experience, this is not the place. I was not so this place was perfect!!

I would totally stay at this resort again. The people were nice, the food wasn't the best but it was way better than alot of these reviewers are giving it credit for. The location was awesome. There was way more kids than i expected. The rooms were a little bit on the small side. I definitely suggest upgrading to the honeymoon suite.

Buenaventura was a very good all inclusive for the price. This is primarily a vacation spot for Mexicanos which was refreshing for me. The facilities were well-maintained and I would suggest this hotel to any of my friends. Just say no to the vacation club they try to sell you. No matter how many free excursions they wave at you. Great stay.
