One of the best value resorts you will find. It has eveything that you would want. Negatives: -The buffet isnt done very well and the food choices their aren't great. - this isn't the fanciest of resorts, if you looking for something elegant this place is not for you - the pillows we had werent very comfortable Positives: -The rest of the food was all very good (pool bar, and the restaurants) -the best service you can get -adult only for a very reasonable price -pleanty enough chairs for people to use -lots of fun activities to do on the resort

A warning: do NOT choose this property. My first time and my partners 6 th. He gifted this for my birthday. The property is run down and in desperate need of an overhaul. Our balcony door didn’t lock properly, heard others in line saying their room door looked like it had been broken into, another saying their tub tap didn’t work. One morning we were seated at breakfast and it reeked like vomit- we had to request a different table. The icing on the cake though was the unruly guests we encountered on our first night… the group of about 8 young men had brought portable speakers to the hot tub ( despite this being against hotel policy), completely took over the hot-tub, and after trying to resolve it ourselves we went to both security and management and were treated terribly- completely dismissed. It was so bad we called Expedia immediately and asked if they would refund the property and we’d be willing to pay a higher price for a better property. We never did get it resolved and had to stay… I will say there were a few positives- the breakfast staff were always awesome- especially the young lady making omelettes, the food was decent, and the restaurant on the family side had a lot of variety and again some standout staff. Please note- the negative review is for the adults only side- we cannot comment or include the family side due to limited exposure. My biggest regret is this is something my partner was so excited to share with me- and he ended up so disappointed.

We checked out after 1 day and went elsewhere. My son had to stay in my room despite having his own due to no A/C. 80 degree temperatures in the room is unacceptable. Being told to wait and maybe move to another room the next day is wrong. Dinner is a reservation setup. To be arranged between 0901-1200. If you don’t arrive until later you can only have the buffet. Even when checking out 8 days early. No one asked if there was a problem or resolution. They didn’t care. Expedia helped with a partial refund.

The worst hotel I ever stayed in my life. This hotel has a horrible customer. Service employees are always complaining about their work in front of the guest. They did not put any effort into the property at all. They give us a room at the beginning that wasn’t the one that was so under pictures we had a complaint to them for them to give us the room that we pay for

The hotel was very clean, loved the open air lobby/bar/buffet area that leads right to the pool that leads right to the beach...my wife and I enjoy the beach! Lobby bar opens at 9, beach bar at 10 and the pool bar is 11.

Communication was challenging due to a language barrier, as only a few staff members were fluent in English, which made interactions difficult. I've stayed at this property many times. The quality has been diminished. My room was not equiped with proper lighting, working safe, only one towel, no phone. This hotel was overbooked and under staffed. The ladies that clean the rooms would end their day at 7-8pm for the sdaily salary. Very unfair. Front desk only had 2 people attending new registration. The restaurant reservations were never available. I usually had snacks at the bar as the lines to the restaurants/buffets were so long. I am a solo traveler and they were unwilling to accomodate for me to take food to my room. Room service is extra

To start: The price is right, very affordable options for staying here. Lots of locals come to party here, entertainment and staff are very fun! Rooms: Every room has this sort of smell to it. Everyone I spoke with said the same thing. It's not unbearable but it is odd. AC works, nothing amazing though, TV is only Spanish and no way to connect a phone or laptop. No sound system. They're very clean, and cleaned well daily, maintenance is quick to problem solve any issues. Bathrooms don't have privacy really...so shared rooms are VERY shared. Bed was medium. Food: Buffet- Great for breakfast- omelette station, meats, fruits, tortilla, yogurts, green juice, etc. Lunches had woodfired pizza, meats, rices, pastas, salads. Everything could use some salt, some spice, but it was pretty alright. Dinners I wouldn't bother with the buffet. Restaurants: Japanese was 1 star. Very sweet sauce that was poured on everything so it all tasted the same. Paradise Mediterranean had excellent service and great food. The French restaurant is BEAUTIFUL (Dress up for this one) and delicious with wonderful service. Mexcian has excellent lamb and is a lot of fun. Ammeneties: Rooftop pool with swim up bar, 10/10 Beach Bar, 10/10 Hottub and main pool/bar zone is often packed and is a mega dance party most days. Sports bar always had the game on and a small pool table to play. Tennis/basketball courts rough. lt was good, place just needs a bit of maintenance and some nicer upgrades. Great staf
