Super clean, jungle environment. Quiet resort. Could use another restaurant for dinner and the beach transport more frequent and later in the evening. Overall great resort. Not your typical mexico all inclusive. Beach staff and food were awesome. Great beach too

This is a really mixed review….please read. The Delta Hotels All-Inclusive Resort was in a beautiful mountain location! It was a very relaxing vacation. Enjoyed access to the beach via the shuttle. Loved all the wildlife in the area but beware of stingrays if you are going in the water. The room was modern, clean and comfortable but the resort restaurants, pools, and grounds are in need of some renovations and major TLC. Everything from old, stringy ripped towels to no facecloths and no body wash or lotion refills, to towel shortages around the pool, to chipped dinnerware and coffee mugs, and spoon shortages in the restaurant. Food was tasty but little variety day-to-day. Opted for the fresh omelette and pasta stations. The food truck was the best! Appreciated the leaf and fall cleanup that was done on a daily basis but disgusted by the amount of iguana poop everywhere-on the pathways, by the pools, and even in the water of the lazy river. This was unacceptable. For that reason alone we would not recommend or return. I hope someone reads this and does something about it because the resort does have the potential!

Highly recommend this resort! Travelled with a 4 month old and it was the perfect place! Easy travel from room to restaraunt with the golf carts. Did not have to wait a long time for the carts. There was always room at the pool. Media luna pool was warm so we loved that. Only downside is no room service and only 2 main restaurants with 1 at the pool. And a few food trucks throughout.

What happened to us was that our room wasn’t ready for us, there were some hairs in the restroom and in the dinning table inside the room,in the room, right in the door by the shower, in the right corner of the washbasin where a smell like poop very hard, also in our room the cleaning crew left us only one towel to use for 2 of us, we waited for almost 2 hours on Mateo to bring a gas can for Mayte in the adelita tacos, she was very kind and also Emilio the waiter at the pools was very kind and professional, but the pools and the ambient in general in the hotel was very good and I would put 3 stars in general.

I really liked the jungle location, very fresh and comfortable. Lots of wildlife on the grounds, also pleased with the number of pools and jacuzzis. The staff were very friendly and attentive and professional. I would come back here again but it looks like I will be staying in 18 hotels from now on.

The staff is very friend and does a great good. We did have two staff members went above and behind in rememberinf facts from our group and family back home. Manuel and Jorge were professional and very attractive. The property as far as nature is amazing but the rest of the property needs updating. The A/C had condensation that feel on the floor so we had to have two towels on the floor of the room. The mattress needed to be changed as it was wore funny. No shampoo or conditioner in the shower so bring your own. The first you are there walk around your room and let front desk know what needs to be fixed. Our list was one light was always on the off switch was broke, the shower drain needed to be cleared, the dead bolt to the room was broke. The make mirror light was broke. Hottubes are not hot just warm and same with your water in the room. If you like lazy rivers i would bring your own tube as theirs are alittle small. Food was good make sure you stop by the taco station at the main pool for lunch and street tacos at the food truck at night. Ordering food for lunch may result three different ways the dish is served just a heads up.

Food was subpar but the service made up for it. Drinks were great. If you’re a foodie, this is not the place for you. Grounds are beautiful and our villa was spacious and very comfortable. Either our room was left empty for a while or the cleaning team needs to pay more attention to detail. We had spider webs all over the shower area and dead insects around the villa. We also had a dead lamp and had to ask for toilet paper multiple times. The towel and minibar refresh was hit or miss so there are definitely inconsistencies with staff. People are wonderful and helpful, overall was a wonderful trip.

Best all inclusive we have ever stayed at. Authentic Mexican food in Mexico, it was all good andwhat a great selection. The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. The property is spread out but the if you don't want to walk you can always catch a ride on one of the many golf carts. All the bartenders and servers remembered us each day and took amazing care of us. There are so many beautiful pools that they never felt crowded even on busy days. We will definitely go back!

This is a beautiful property in the jungle. However, other than the Sports Bar on the property (where the drinks were FANTASTIC), the drinks were mediocre. For a "Luxury Resort with Spa" the food was very disappointing. There is one restaurant that serves 10 people/hour and one buffet with limited options. Their "24-hour snack pantry" included soft drinks or cup noodles, some almost rotten food. The pools were great, and clean. I would not go back.

Lots of pools and hot tubs. Not a place for people with walking restriction or young children that tired easily. Found lunch restaurants very lacking, only one cafe for lunch plus beach restaurant, the advertised Panty was very misleading…cereal, instant noodle and salads not iced were uninviting. Booked for a week stayed three nights.
