This is a beautiful property in the jungle. However, other than the Sports Bar on the property (where the drinks were FANTASTIC), the drinks were mediocre. For a "Luxury Resort with Spa" the food was very disappointing. There is one restaurant that serves 10 people/hour and one buffet with limited options. Their "24-hour snack pantry" included soft drinks or cup noodles, some almost rotten food. The pools were great, and clean. I would not go back.

Lots of pools and hot tubs. Not a place for people with walking restriction or young children that tired easily. Found lunch restaurants very lacking, only one cafe for lunch plus beach restaurant, the advertised Panty was very misleading…cereal, instant noodle and salads not iced were uninviting. Booked for a week stayed three nights.

El lugar es increíble. Tranquilo, divertido, comida y bebida diaponible a la hora que lo desees. Estar ahí es un pequeño paraíso, albercas rodeadas de selva. We loved our stay here while in Mexico. It was very calm and tucked out of the way. There are several pools at the resort to choose from, and the beach front was nice. The buffet had different options every day and everything was good. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Absolutely beautiful jungle like oasis. We enjoyed every second of our stay and really got to experience nature in a different way. We practically lived in the pools which was a plus and the staff was amazing. Everyone was so genuine and kind. We specifically want to thank Erendida, Octavio, Daniel, Ulices and the staff at Komorebi for making our stay so perfect. We are so excited and sure to return!

It is an amazing place if you want to relax,avoid the crowds and just disconnect. The all inclusive is worth it, the food is nice...The pantry is amazing and Mauricio will make sure you're satisfied, he's super friendly and attentive! If you go with kids,Carmen the lifeguard will help you to have peace of mind by keeping an extra eyes on them. she's so kind and willing to help! Carlos is also so nice with the kids and lead the entreatainment activities for them with passion and a good sense of humor! The staff that I just mentioned made our stay an unforgettable one!!! To improve: the chef at the Japanese restaurant is so kind but unfortunately the rest of the staff there was so rude. The beach club is not very nice either, the beach is not the greatest, in fact, was so disappointing. The hotel also has a partnership with nexus tours and they offer some packages for guests (extra cost) but honestly in our case wasn't worth it. We paid extra for an experience with dolphins in a waterpark and we were chocked...the place was dirty, old, without any maintenance and definitely didn't look safe for our kids, even the walls were scratched so even when is a partnership, the hotel should ensure that the offered experiences are good enough. At the same time the hotel could use some efforts to show a bit more of the Mexican culture and even offer free shuttle to the Malecon or other points of interest for the guest to enjoy by themselves without paying extra.

I'll keep this short: check-in was delayed an hour. When we received our room, another guest was already there, who had to be removed. Went to the teppanyaki for dinner and they didn't recognize our reservation. Complained to reception, who showed we were already in the system. After dinner, returned to the room to find the curtain rod was broken (see picture). After waiting on hold with reception for an hour, we were placed in another room, missing bathrobes. For room service, I had to find a housekeeper and ask three times throughout the day for someone to clean. I ended up paying her $250MX to come by because we had been waiting 4+ hours. When she finally came by, she removed the wine voucher we had received for the late check-in. So exhausted from dealing with reception regarding our complaints; left leaving more tired than when we arrived. By second night, seriously considered canceling the reservation and finding something elsewhere.
