Exquisitely appointed, elegantly designed, professionally maintained, and all-inclusive optionable. Close 10-minute access to nearby Bucerias and 25 min drive to downtown Puerto Vallarta activities and the airport.

Villa del Palmar Flamingos Beach Resort & Spa Riviera Nayarit has redefined luxury travel with the one-bedroom suite ocean view at this Nuevo Vallarta resort. The unique Flamingos luxury suites create the difference by providing guests with guaranteed ocean views and ample space for a dreamlike vacation experience. The luxury decor, sublime ambiance, and romantic feeling of the one-bedroom suites are ideal for special occasions, larger Nuevo Vallarta family vacations, and everything in between. The unit features a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a living area with a sofa bed, two full bathrooms, a washer/dryer, and a fully-equipped kitchen and dining room for when you prefer to stay in and eat. Rounding out these expansive units is a spacious terrace where everyone can mingle while enjoying the stunning views of Banderas Bay and the surrounding region.

One, two, and three-bedroom units are available at variable pricing. This listing is for the 1 bedroom unit - approx. 892 sqft.

An all-inclusive meal/drink plan is an option available directly from the resort for anyone with a reservation but must include all persons staying in the same suite and must be for a minimum of three consecutive days. This may be arranged at any time after a reservation confirmation.

Other sized suites are available at this resort from studio to 4 bedroom penthouse.
Photos are "representative" and "typical". Each available unit will be slightly different in location/view/orientation. All units are beach-facing, overlooking the pool area.

PLEASE NOTE REGARDING CANCELLATION POLICY: VRBO does not allow the flexibility to accurately convey the cancellation policy. Cancellations after booking up to 30 days before scheduled arrival will be charged a $100 cancellation fee, if you need to cancel within 30 days of arrival there will be a $250 cancellation fee. These fees are from the resort and I will pass them on to you but otherwise, you will get the remainder of your payment fully refunded.

Villa Neuvo Vallarta get-away
The room had a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. The host had graciously left some wine & coffee. We enjoyed the restaurants very much and staff were very friendly. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and iron excellante! Only downside is their pressure to go to timeshare meeting. Also it’s a place filled with activities and music which may be good or bad depending upon your expectations

First time disappointment
This is our 5 return visit to this particular property and the 1st we’ve been disappointed with the service. The room we received was in a very loud area of the hotel and when we requested a room change we were dismissed out of hand. Not sure if it was because we were staying as guests of members or that we weren’t interested in becoming members ourselves but there was a noticeable difference this time around. So much so that we’ll consider staying elsewhere on our next visit to Nuevo Vallarta.

Beautiful month stay. Clean and organized place with large rooms and huge balcony. Stunning views with a ground floor room overlooking the pool and ocean. All the staff were polite and efficient and would highly recommend staying here.

Lovely property close to Bucerias
This is a beautiful property and very nice for families and adults. The rooms are older but are clean and cared for. The service personel at the hotel, restaurant, and spa were friendly and attentive to our needs. We did have an issue with our room in that the suite we had requested was not available for 6 of our 9 nights. My thanks to Allen as he communicated well and was responsive to our concerns.

Gorgeous place but beware the time share pitch
Great location and lovely spaces, both inside and out. The pictures look like it was on a higher floor but was on the ground, that was Ok too. We were not expecting the sales pitch for " residential living" but as it turned out ....... we were THAT impressed.
