Most of the staff were nice and friendly. The sales team is very pushy and can't take no for an answer. We felt followed and hounded to buy into their timeshare. We initially listened to their sales pitch for the free massages, but it was not worth it. Don't get pulled into it. They bothered us for 3 days trying to get us to buy into it. That ruined our trip, it wasn't a nice getaway. We won't be going back there.

This “luxury” property has inconsistent service. You have to request the in room coffee be replenished every day and turn down happened twice in 9 nights and snacks/beer supplied only once in 9 days. Not at all a luxury resort. Minimal toiletries.nothing special here at all.

Carlos was the best! The entire staff was very warm and accommodating. The grounds are magnificent and it was nice that it was adult only and we could enjoy a very relaxing vacation.

Highly recommended! Beautiful resort with a beautiful private beach. Not too many food options for an all inclusive resort, but whatever they have to offer is delicious. 😋 The infinity pool is amazing. The rooms are very spacious and most important they were very clean. This is definitely a quiet & relaxing resort. We enjoyed our stayed and we’ll be back again.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Armony Adults-Only Resort! The property was spotless, and the staff were genuinely exceptional, going above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The heated main pool was a highlight for us, providing the perfect spot to relax and unwind. One of the most magical parts of our stay was spotting whales almost every day—it truly felt like a dream. A special shoutout to Brenda, who led the activities with so much energy and enthusiasm. She made each activity enjoyable and added a personal touch to our stay. We can’t recommend this resort enough

We signed up to to go on a tour the following Monday (we arrived on Saturday) We repeatedly asked about a shuttle to the resort. We were sent from place to place and person to person. We decided to take a taxi. $130 was to cost to the resort. If we had known all the trouble and stress and BS we would to endure we would have gladly paid the $130 to avoid the whole situation. When we arrived at the resort everyone was very nice and welcoming. We checked in and were introduced to a nice lady who w asked us about our airport experience. We told her about our disastrous airport experience. She told us they would take care of it and offered us massages and hydrotherapy sessions on the resort. We took it as them wanting to make what happened at the airport right. We would need to attend a short presentation about a new program they are starting. We agreed. The presentation was the following morning. We arrived a few minutes early and had some coffee while waiting. When the presentation began , we were dragged from one end of the resort to the other and back again. We ended at one of nicer restaurants and where AGAIN given a very high pressure sale to buy into there new program. We immediately told them we are not interested. We are not buying. We have other priorities. 2 1/2 hours later they said they didn’t appreciate us waisting their time. After that everything was wonderful staff was

We stayed here for our honeymoon & let me start by saying we will be back!! The property, food and service were amazing! We started our stay in a large suit and noticed a slight mold smell and had to move rooms for the night to have the issue resolved. The staff took care of us & made the swap amazing and smooth and we ended up having an uninterrupted ocean view and it was a dream!! This is our favourite resort ever!!!

The property was really nice. The staff however needs some serious work. The desk staff showed no urgency. It took us nearly an hour to check in. We had issues getting clean towels in the room and it seemed nearly impossible to get towels or any service on the beach. The staff that runs the surf shack kept trying to charge for things that were included which really bothered me. The wait staff at the restaurant were actually really good but beyond that almost every interaction with staff was a negative experience. For what we spent to stay here I would have expected them to treat us well, I expect that from this level of resort. We will most likely not return due to service.

Gorgeous Infiniti Pool. Pool is heated and its needed this time of year in the mornings...love this touch. Beautiful Resort. Staff is wonderful and very accommodating. Octavio was great and we loved Antonio in the pool area who served us drinks and lunch around the pool. There are several pools to choose from but the infiniti pool is top notch. This resort was very reasonably priced compared to other Adults Only resorts in the area. We had a wonderful time celebrating our 25th anniversary. Its not 1
