October was an excellent time to go as it was not busy. Excellent beach area with just the right amount of waves to keep you entertained. Food was good. I have been all over Mexico and this was one resort that I would go back to.

The expansive beach access was wonderful. We enjoyed the sports facilities and boogie boards. Also the daily scheduled activities were consistently fun. The resort should really crack down on people blasting their own music with boom boxes! This happened twice while we were there. I couldn't enjoy the pool music with competing sound and luckily had noise canceling earbuds, but what about the guests who don't? We enjoyed the food, but did not care for the reservation system. Most of the wait staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would have given 5 stars except for the front desk staff who were aloof and reluctant to be helpful multiple times. I would have given a higher score for cleanliness except our room had a moldy smell after the initial cleaning products smell wore off. For the location, we enjoyed the nearby walking path and shopping mall. Overall a pretty wonderful vacation.

Staff was good. Only one of the pool bartenders was not in a good mood when I interacted with him. I was in room 328. I left a gift for the receptionists and tips in envelopes for the two bartenders that were excellent while I was there.

We liked our stay. Food was good in buffet and in restaurants. Room was OK but curtains were kind of dirty. If you like swimming in the ocean consider waves but if you can go little farher it's more swimmable. Small territory. Please more mango :)

We enjoyed our stay in this resort. Everyone was so approachable and kind. We love their hotel activities and their entertainment staff special mention to Eva, Carlos and Jesus. The food overall was good, theu have different variety for dinner everyday. The beach was nice and clean too. Overall we really had fun.
