The rooms were old and a little run down , the bathtub was chipped and very old , broken tiles , broken toilet seat . No blankets for the rooms , just a sheet on the bed . The hallway had water damaged ceilings and poor lighting/broken fixtures. The gym equipment is very old and limited. Not all the rooms have Safes . The excursions were affordable but they want more $ during the excursion for things that should be included. Breakfast and lunch was good , but only one el la carte restaurant, with 2 themes , Mexican and Italian . Only one pool , but it was clean .

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was extremely unclean, with dead flies left on the table, torn towels, and ceiling vents that were covered in dust and visible mold. The entire building and my room smelled of mildew, and the situation was made worse by the fact that the ceiling was visibly covered in black mold. This is not just a cleanliness issue—it's a serious health concern. The state of the room was unacceptable, and it's clear that maintenance and cleaning protocols are lacking. I did not feel safe or comfortable during my stay, and the condition of the room made it impossible to relax. I strongly recommend that management address the mold issue, improve cleaning standards, and ensure that rooms are properly inspected before guests check in. I will not be returning to this hotel and would advise others to avoid it until these serious issues are resolved.

The food was well done but no room service as offered online. The staff at the resort were good but most don’t speak English but tried and were helpful but front desk staff were at times rude as well as at the door. There is no mini fridge in the room (I like to have cold water, sone yogurt and small incidentals that I purchase at the store). Wifi is terrible and disconnects a lot and almost useless in the rooms. The entertainment shows were good. The pool is very nice with a swim up bar and lots of cocktail options. The sky bar was nice with beautiful panoramic views of the city. It was a decent stay overall and good value for the money.

The customer service was good. However the room was very disappointing. The room we were given had no ac working, the toilet did not work, telephone did not work. The only thing that was fixed during the duration of our stay was the toilet. Our room was also connected to another guests with only an unlocked door with a nail in the wall to prevent it opening. There was zero noise reduction between rooms and you could hear everything the other guest is doing, whoch isnt fun when you have a neighbour that snores. When we complained we were told there was nothing they could do. Love puerto vallarta but will not be returning to this hotel.

La atención y el staff son de 10. Lamentablemente nos topamos con huéspedes mal educados que no respetan la sana convivencia y había mucho ruido por la noche. This was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta, for our Anniversary and we absolutely enjoyed every moment of our trip. The hotel we chose did not disappoint us!. We opted for the all-inclusive package, and the food was exactly what we expected—nothing overly fancy, but consistently delicious, as were the drinks. We're really glad we chose this hotel. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The only minor issue we encountered was some noise from the neighboring room due to loud music, but that’s more of an inconsideration on their part, not the hotel’s fault. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed tipping our servers, but we felt that with or without tips, the service would still have been excellent—they were attentive without being overbearing. We decided against renting a car, which turned out to be a great choice. The walk from our hotel to the boardwalk was easy and pleasant, and the taxi rides to and from the airport were reasonably priced. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning to Puerto Vallarta in the future!
