Overall was excellent the property, cleanness, Dining options is excellent. But receptionist at front are rude. They need to learn to make eye contact and be friendly. The other staff is excellent

This was our families first time staying at a Riu, and we had a wonderful time! Our 10 and 12 year old boys had a blast playing volleyball and met some really great friends! Our favorite restaurant was the general buffet, the specialty restaurants could use a little help. Other than that, The only real downside was that it was advertised that we would receive resort credits, but really they are coupons towards services. Not a true resort credit as we have experience at other resorts.

Excelente estadia, muy completo!
Es la segunda vez que vamos, RIU es garantia, multiples alimentos, amenidades, Shows, entretenimiento. Nos gusto, solo que el area de RIU Land, la alberca sigue estando muy fria para los niños, creo que es un punto a mejorar, ya que la alberca que esta saliendo del area de RIULAND, esa si esta tibia (deliciosa)

The overall service in the beach and common area is not good. We have to ask repeated time for food or drinks: as an all inclusive resort the expectation is high from us as we compared with Cancun. Please improve the service.

The property itself is amazing. The staff is courteous, the rooms are clean and well maintained, and the overall service is great. The easy access to the beach and the great dining options are a big plus. You do have to make it to the restaurants early for seating but if you don’t make it, the buffet is always a great option.
