Schöne Wohnung nah zum Meer & Strand
Die Wohnung war sehr angenehm und gut ausgestattet und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Toll, dass eine Spühlmaschine und eine Waschmaschine vorhanden waren. Leider was das Pool trotz der Angabe im Inserat nicht verfügbar (die Kinder waren darüber etwas enttäuscht). Dafür gab es einen Tennisplatz und der schöne Strand war wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Der Fernsehen (bzw. die Antenne) hatte leider keinen Empfang was während der Fußball-EM Schade war. Der Gastgeber schickte jedoch unmittelbar jemanden, um das Problem zu beheben.

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Im Kühlschrank lag Wasser und Bier, es gab Tomaten, frisches Obst und Kaffee. Es gibt einen großen schattigen Balkon mit Esstisch und Blick in den Pinienwald. Der Weg zum Strand dauert etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Am Strand kann man sich entweder unter den eigenen Sonnenschirm legen oder an der Strandbar Liegen und Schirme mieten. Der Strand ist traumhaft schön und das Wasser glasklar. Es war uns vorher nicht bewusst, dass die Wohnung in einer Ferienanlage liegt, das hat aber überhaupt nicht gestört. Insgesamt war es eine wunderbare Woche!

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans l'appartement de Carlo et de sa famille. Tout était très bien! Dans le détail: l'emplacement est idéal, à 5mn à pied d'une magnifique plage. Une piscine, une place de jeu et un supermarché sont également accessibles à pied. On est à 10-15mn de voitures de Chia et de Pula et de leurs belles plages et restaurants. L'appartement fraîchement rénové dispose d'un très grand balcon ombragé, ainsi que d'un grill. Le salon/cuisine est très grand, la cuisinière assez petite mais fonctionnelle avec machine à laver. Les chambres sont très bien, lit confortable (quoique un peu petit dans la chambre parentale pour les personnes de plus de 1.85m) et il y a suffisamment d'air pour ne pas à avoir allumer l'air conditionné. Attention peu de rangements pour les habits sont disponibles dans les chambres. La salle de bains et spacieuse et très propre. Petit conseil: changer les lumières du balcon qui sont blanches et très fortes et donc peu agréable le soir. Mais c'est tout ;)

One week in Pula
The apartment is clean and just as advertised. Only a few minute walk to the beach. It was very quiet and perfect if you are looking for relax. Maybe a bit too quiet at times because we went in September at the end of season and unfortunately bad weather. I highly recommend for family and children relaxing time.

Wir waren 10 Tage zu Gast in Carlos Ferienwohnung. Sie ist gut eingerichtet und die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Es fehlten nur Weingläser und kleine Schalen. Mit der multifunktions Mikrowelle konnten wir Brötchen aufbacken und der Grill auf der Terrasse ist super. Die Anlage besteht aus vielen 1stöckigen Häusern wie in einem Kleingartenverein, kleine Wege verbinden alles. Man muss sich erst zurecht finden. Für Tennis, Tischtennis und Fußball muss man eigene Sachen mitbringen, nur der Basketball ist zum ausleihen. Es sind zu 90Prozent Italiener da, was nicht schlecht ist. Der Strandabschnitt ist schön, man kann auch schnorcheln, aber wie überall auf der Insel keine Toilette, von Dusche gar nicht zu sprechen. Der Pool ist groß, ca. 35 mal 18 m, aber leider lieblos und nur von Steinplatten umgeben. Man zahlt vormittags bis 13 Uhr 3€ pro Person, ab 16.30 Uhr 2€ pro Person, das geht dann schon ins Geld. Die kleine Pizzeria dort ist aber herrlich. Der Supermarkt vor Ort ist absolut ausreichend, frische Brötchen, Gebäck, Schinken, Käse Fleisch, Gemüse und Obst alles frisch. Sehr genial. Ein ruhiger Urlaub, aber schön. Vielen Dank an Carlo und seine Frau, die jederzeit ansprechbar waren.

Wir haben unseren zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt bei Carlo als 4-köpfige Familie sehr genossen. Der Check-In klappte reibungslos und auch sonst waren Carlo und seine Frau immer sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft sauber und alles vorhanden, wie beschrieben. Bettwäsche und Handtücher konnte man für 50 Euro pro Woche dazumieten. Auch das funktionierte problemlos.

Perfekter Urlaub auf Sardinien
Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in Cala verde. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern und super gepflegt. Carlo und seine Frau haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles erklärt. Von der Wohnung läuft man ca. 10 min zum Strand, auch ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig. Auch mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen, in der Wohnung gibt es ein Reisebett und Carlo hatte uns auch noch einen Kinderstuhl organisiert. Einfach super!

Ruhige Lage, schöne Ferienwohnung, Kinderfreundlich
Carlo ist ein sehr netter Vermieter. Treffen zur Wohnungsübergabe klappte auf Anhieb. Objekt ist wie beschrieben. Ferienwohnung und Umgebung sehr für Kinder geeignet. Sehr ruhig. Hatten sehr schöne Tage dort verbringen können. Das fehlende WLAN war der einzige Kritikpunkt. Ansonsten alles wie erhofft. Dank an Carlo und seine Familie.

Schöne, gut gelegene,kinderfreundliche Wohnung
Schöne Wohnung, Zustand wie auf den bildern und sehr sauber gehalten. Mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, auch sehr kinderfreundlich mit Kinderbesteck, Spielzeug für den Strand und ein Schutz damit ein kleinkind nicht aus dem Bett fallen kann. Die Wohnung ist so gelegen,dass man in 5 Minuten am wunderschönen Strand ist. Auch zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuss. Carlo ist sehr gut zu erreichen und meldet sich sehr schnell. Er und seine Frau sind herzlich und zuvorkommend, Probleme werden in Kürze gelöst.

Wir waren im Juli als Familie in Calaverde. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und durften auch 3 Std. früher in die Wohnung. Diese war sehr sauber und an Küchenutensilien hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist im ersten Stock des Hauses mit einem geräumigen Balkon. Um die Balkontüre zu öffnen brauchte es ein wenig Kraft, denn diese ging sehr streng auf. Die Dusche war sehr eng. Aber ansonsten waren es geniale Ferien. Unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen!!

Una bellissima esperienza
L'appartamento è veramente delizioso: arredato con gusto, al secondo piano di una villetta nella quale risiedono i proprietari. Il terrazzo coperto è molto spazioso e molto vivibile, è possibile infatti fare sia colazione che pranzo e cena usufruendo del comodo tavolo messo a disposizione. I proprietari hanno messo a disposizione anche un nuovissimo barbecue. La distanza dalla spiaggia è veramente breve e tutta all'interno del comprensorio che è curatissimo, sia per quanto riguarda il verde che per la spiaggia, dove si trova un piccolo bar che offre anche lettini ed ombrelloni. Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo e speriamo di tornare presto!

The apartment is very pretty and good equipped. The House is in a park with trees and it‘s a 5minutes walk to the nice beach. We enjoyed our stay very much. We recommend a car for exploring the island.

great stay near to the beach
we´ve been with one 3 year old children in the aparment and had a great holiday. The apartment is near to beach (5min. walk) and has all what you need for a longer stay with children e.g. washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioner, gas grill on a realy large balcony....
