Outdoor shower, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. E-charging station. Shop 100 m, restaurant 800 m, bus stop 10 m, pebble beach 1 km, rocky beach 1 km.
