Remarkable
Having never been to Punta Cana, I was not sure what to expect. Upon arrival, the host, staff, and concierge went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.The property and setup are immaculate. It’s a beautiful home with a great pool and lots of space. We were surprised at how luxurious it all felt. Luisa and Lana, whom cooked for us, were accommodating and AMAZING cooks. They blew us away with every meal. We especially enjoyed the Dominican and Spanish cuisine. Having cooks really adds to the value of the stay. We only ate one meal off property (at Lola) and glad we mostly ate at house.The concierge was responsive and helpful.All in all, a beautiful stay. I would book this place again without hesitation.

Excelllent vacation
We stayed in this marvelous house with our grown children and their families. It was a beautiful home with all the amenities we could ask for , close to beaches and restaurants and activities. The owners greeted us personally and gave us a guided tour. We met the two wonderful women who cooked and cleaned for us. Everything went smoothly and we had one of the best vacations we have ever had. I highly recommend this house for the perfect vacation.

Perfect getaway
We had a fabulous time at Punta Cana resort. The weather was perfect, the house is gorgeous and meticulously cared for and the beaches are beautiful - soft sand and warm, clear water. Luisa is an excellent chef and the meals were delicious, plentiful and enjoyed by all. Jaquie is an attentive owner, and she helped me navigate the paperwork needed to enter DR which was getting me very frustrated! My 2 adult children, their partners and my husband and I loved the expansive feeling of the house, with doors open and a soft breeze throughout the day. The few suggestions/feedback I would give is that we did have some miscommunication with the Villa Manager, Your Concierge, in terms of what needed to paid in cash, whether we needed to bring shampoo and conditioner (bring!) and access to the Eco Park. The location of the villa is in a neighborhood that feels more like an upscale gated community than a bustling resort. I did a walk through the neighborhood every AM and saw lots of great homes going up. We went out to one dinner, to Bamboo in Tortuga, with the golf carts and had a fun and delicious meal. The highlight of our trip was probably the boat tour that we took with amazing snorkeling!

We had a great stay!
Family group of 9 for a visit during Thanksgiving (3 generations). House was immaculate and perfect for our stay. Luisa and Lana were so kind and prepared great meals for us. We loved the pool and sitting on the patio, and also enjoyed the AC when needed. We used the cart and rented a car to get around - it was very easy to get to the beach club and the Westin beach too. Location is great - a very short drive to the airport and supermarket. Joaquin and Jacqueline were very attentive and communicative after booking and gave a tour of the house to make us comfortable and show us around. Coordinating grocery delivery and meal planning was very easy. All in all, a great time was had by the entire family. Would strongly recommend this property to those looking. It was great!

Absolutely, our favorite family vacation! Our hosts were masterful at anticipating the needs of our family. They made us feeling extremely comfortable and welcome from the moment we stepped onto the property. The home was in excellent condition, spacious and tranquil. Access to local activities, shopping and adventures are exactly as described. More importantly, they will arrange everything. Together the hosts, on site staff and concierge allowed for each guest to have an exceptional experience because of their attentive service. Absolutely fantastic!
This was an outstanding vrbo property - one of the best we’ve stayed at. Even with two families and a total of six kids in the house, there was ample space for everyone to relax. The provided golf cart made it easy to get to the soft, white sand beach. And the kids had a blast in the pool. Luisa was an amazing cook - we highly recommend adding that on to your vacation. We would go back to this property again without any hesitation!

Myself and my family stayed for about 9 days. This was an absolutely amazing experience. Our hosts were caring and quick to help with any questions we had or help we needed. The villa is the most beautiful villa I have ever stayed, with constant cleaning by our beautiful Louisa. Louisa was really helpful and gentle. I can’t wait to be back in Punta Cana and I know I will most likely be staying in the same villa. Thank you soo much Jacqueline, Jaoquin and ofcourse the ever gentle Louisa for giving us the best experience for my 40th Birthday. 💙

We had a wonderful vacation in Punta Cana! I would highly recommend! For anyone looking to book, I wouldn't hesitate. Don't miss checking out the ecological reserve within the resort grounds. If you are a large group and thinking about renting a second golf cart, I'd recommend renting a car instead, it is cheaper than a golf cart rental and was nice to be able to go to grocery store, town etc. Thanks for a great stay!

Villa Paradise
There were only three of us, and this home had much more space than we needed, but the beauty, amenities, and location were unbelievable. It is rare for an estate to have dozens of 5-star reviews, so with that, I booked the villa, and from the moment I chatted with the owners, Joaquin and Jacqueline, I knew I had found the perfect place to stay. I suggest taking full advantage of Luisa and Lana to cook for you. The home is beautiful, with a feeling of warmth, quiet, peace, and luxury. We always felt safe and secure. The beaches were easy to reach with the golf cart provided; they were stunning and only a few minutes away. I could write on and on, but the previous reviews are accurate and speak for themselves. Luisa and Lana provided us with a level of service in the home, unlike any other at the villa. This truly is a beautiful place to stay.

WOW!!
My family and I stayed here for a week and…wow!! This property is 100% paradise. I have four teenagers and everyone was able to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The property was so elegant and clean. The house staff members Luisa and Lana were amazing. The food was prepared and every meal was delicious. The rooms and pool were kept clean and managed well. Communication with the owners was perfect. Any question I had was answered in a quick and timely manner. He was there to greet us and take us on a tour when we arrived. This home is pure luxury!

2 families relax and enjoy the sun in DR
We had 2 families (10 guests total - 6 of those kids 9-15). Everything about the listing was spot on. We were greeted by the owner and Luisa and Lana were amazing. We had great meals the whole time we were there and they were so kind. The pool was great and we all felt very safe in the home and neighborhood. We were able to drive golf carts easily to the beach and concierge helped us to book a couple excursions. Thanks for an amazing time!

We were more than impressed with our stay. Jacqueline & Joaquin were very helpful, always available with questions and recommendations. The house was gorgeous, very clean, and very quiet -- we had 8 adults staying and we all had adequate privacy and room to rest without noise. The pool was great, lots of space to lounge in the sun or shade. The concierge was helpful -- they were also always available to answer questions and give recommendations. Luisa and Lana (the housekeepers) were incredible!! Exceptionally sweet and very attentive to our needs. We ended up hiring them to prepare food for us each day -- such a nice addition, it really made our vacation!! Would 10/10 recommend. It was so nice to wake up to coffee already made and breakfast served on the patio. Her food was excellent and it always seemed she knew exactly when we might want something (from snacks poolside to a photo taken -- we were so impressed!). We kept commenting about how much nicer to was to all have time together and to relax and that is totally because of how great Luisa and Lana were!! The house is on a resort with a golf cart so you have very easy access to many amenities -- there are beach clubs, beaches, and restaurants available. Honestly, we left only once to go to dinner in town and otherwise found everything we wanted in the resort. Absolutely beautiful and when we return we will come back to stay at Jacqueline & Joaquin's place!

Amazing!!!!
Let’s start with the house - multiple clean bedrooms, designed with tremendous detail, the multiple staircases/wings makes this house perfect. We had 2 families and everyone had more then enough space. The pool is perfect for 10-12 people. Staff - OMG Luisa is amazing and can cook anything and everything. We are all vegetarian and she was able to cook so many various dishes. The staff also cleaned the house daily and did all laundry.
