The rooms are falling apart, cockroaches and bugs in the room. We had to check our clothes for roaches every day. Most restaurants were closed. We only used two.

We liked the food options, access to the beach and everyone was genuinely being helpful and nice. Our room was spacious for 2 adults and 1 child. The sleeper sofa was incredibly uncomfortable. If were to go again, we’d book a room with 2 beds.

Fantastic family property. A ton of shows for kids every night and the castle light show at night is a great experience for kids. The pool was also AMAZING. The food is fine , drinks are good. Would definitely go back !

We LOVED this place! We stayed on the resort the whole time. No need to leave. The pools are beautiful. The beach is heavenly. The food was delicious. Rooms were the cleanest we’ve had in Punta Cana. The staff was so amazing. We loved the kids club girls, the pool entertainment guys (Jeffrey & Francis), swim up bartenders, and all the waitstaff (especially Francisco in the French restaurant & Jady at Larimar). We enjoyed our time at Fantasia. It wasn't our first time and overall we like the place. Our son really loved the water park and the activities club. Food is Ok, the buffet is alright if you're not picky and some restaurants are better than others. Highlights (for us) were the steak restaurants (Circus Garden, Las Olas) and the greek and italian themed restaurants. We really liked the beach restaurant the previous stay but sadly it wasn't available on this trip. The room was dated, and could use some TLC, but it was kept clean. Minibar restocking is hit and miss and not terribly consistent. The best part is the atmosphere, the people and the overall experience. We will return to this slice of paradise in the future.
