Great property. The staff works hard to ensure their guest are satisfied. I was hesitant about this resort as I normally stay with Iberostar, but with the bad customer service I’m happy I chose this resort. I had one of the best massages in my life. The food was decent. We just finished a week’s stay at this beautiful property. The room was beautiful, the food amazing and most of all, the staff was so friendly, helpful and made the stay that much more fun. Can’t wait to go back.

great location for our baby moon! we didn’t leave the resort during our stay, but walked up the beach and it was lovely. the resort has multiple pools, a gym, pickleball and tennis courts, and plenty of day time activities. we were never bored. the food and drinks were delicious and the staff was amazing!

Mold in my room, mold in the second room and on mattress after switching, very bad and rude service, unsanitary conditions in restaurants, lipstick on napkins- old food on placements, masseuse doesn’t clean hands between clients on beach, I will never stay here again ; even for free

Our family of six enjoyed the resort. There was always places to sit whether by the pool or on the beautiful private beach. Food and dining options were excellent with the French restaurant out favourite.

The location was splendid. Tbe staff was okay but some had poor service attitudes. Others were great. Food was one step above a carnival cruise line. Not impressed with the food but the beach and views were very nice
