This stay has been amazing. Everyone was very nice, patient, friendly, helpful and kind. The service was the best I've experienced on vacation. I loved the activites that were available if you decide to take advantage of them or you can just lay by the pool and beach all day. I love that the beach is directly in front of the property. The property is beautiful and service and staff were all very friendly , humble and attentive to your needs. The only drawback was that my room was in tower 11 and is quite a long walk to the lobby and restaurants .

My spouse and I went to this resort for our honeymoon. My spouse contracted e. coli and was hospitalized during our stay as well as multiple times after we barely made it home. The case was so severe my spouse almost DIED. We were told by the manager before leaving to get in touch once home and healthy. Now customer service won't even bother writing us back. I am appalled! This isnt a complaint because there werent enough towels or the food wasnt 5 stars, my spouse almost died from illness and we can't get a response. I never even planned to write this review but I am sick over this experience. We saved for 4 years to take this trip. We wanted our money back for our stay to put towards our medical bills and the resort wont even take responsibility by responding. Never again!!!

The property was beautiful. The beach was clean and accessible. Plenty of areas to lay on the beach. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The food at "The Grill" was fantastic along with the service. This was one of our best trips to the carribean.

Food was very good, great selection and used room service if we just wanted to hang in our private pool off our jr suite. Staff was very friendly and very accommodating. Drinks were always flowing!! Great vacation!

Extreme and absurd beach restriction measures for an adults-only hotel! They kept the RED FLAG up almost the entire time of our stay and did not even allow people to go to the shore in light waves, terrible for those who went to enjoy the beach.
