We spent 6 days here and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. The adult pool is quiet and perfect for relaxation. We did encounter slow service at times but overall an incredible stay. We will be back!

This is our second visit to the property with kids. Excellent stay… the food quality is 5 star and the room service is exceptional. The staff go above and beyond. A special thanks to Gilberto, Mirciades, Albery, Paola, Daniela and Ricardo. Also to Isabelle from the kids club section. She took special care of or kids and went above and beyond to make our vacation excellent!!

Excellent staff beautiful room. Everything went smoothly from the moment we arrived to the end of our stay. Our flight got canceled on our last night and they allowed us to stay in our room for another night until our next flight. I'd also like to commend the bartenders there as well. Jesus at the concierge desk was helpful and the best! Francis the bartender was great, the Taboo lounge the bartenders were also AMAZING to me and my husband. Overall great experience will be back!

Enjoyed the swim up pool. The room was cleaned for the most part. What was disappointing was that housekeeping did not clean up the area around the coffee maker. There were dirty stirrers and empty creamers from the previous guests (not sure how long it's been there), since we did not used that amenity. Also we had dropped some crumbs and it was obvious that it wasn't swept up, when they came to "clean the room". Dirty dishes from room services wasn't picked up daily. It sat for days in the cabinet. We enjoyed the pools and the close and convenient walk to the beach. Food wise was hit and missed.

Yes I would recommend this property. It just wasn't for me. After reservation made months in advance, I had to prove to front deck on check in day that reservation was for 4 people and not the 2 they claimed to have. Took almost 45 mins to get it resolved! Unacceptable!

The property was very clean. Keep up the excellent work as far as the food choices and the pool area needs to improve, but definitely will come back and maybe a little upgrade in the rooms. I had a wonderful stay thank you.
