The staff were very friendly and helpful, you can tell they work hard and are there to help you. The resort itself is massive, so they have a cart to take people around from the beach to rooms to lobby’s. They have a good variety of restaurants which were all very good 4* There’s a few things that need fixing that were noticeable around the resort and in our room. Broken landscape light fixtures along the road, broken tiles on the pool walls, TVs and safes in the rooms not working when we arrived but were quickly fixed or replaced, however the rooms should be thoroughly checked before people check-in so I was not pleased we had to call for maintenance right away, and wait around for them. The Platinum section of the resort we stayed in includes premium liquor brands, however it’s only available in the platinum area, they should have the better drinks at all restaurants and lobby’s as we are using the whole resort, and regular customers would have the option to purchase those premium drinks for a small up charge if they wanted to. All in all it was a very nice place to be, no major complaints I would recommend staying here.

This property has so many wonderful amenities! The beach is beautiful, the staff is very friendly, and there are many great restaurants. This is a great resort for relaxation, and fun, and offers everything to make your vacation a special one.

We liked the size of the rooms and ability to move across the whole property by tram. The wifi was not good and the faucet broke in the washroom which was fixed immediately by a maintenance person. However there were mosquitos coming from the sink which we plugged up. The staff everywhere on the property was friendly and accommodating. I think this time of year has a lot of mosquitos due to the rain. Bring repellant

We loved the beach, but we weren’t crazy about the people selling items along the beach. The food seemed to overlap between restaurants and buffets, it can be improved. The staff seemed very happy and we enjoyed interacting with them. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. It was nice to have an umbrella in the room for the rainy days. The drinks at the bar seem to be going downhill. They weren’t as good as the last time we went.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. I would suggest investing in more pool towels or launder more frequently. We were unable to secure a pool towel during our entire stay. Additionally, I would suggest increasing the number of bath towels and include small towels/wash cloths.. we had to ask for wash cloths

Very disappointed and will not return
The television and mini bar did not work from the moment of check in. Mini bar was replaced but still didn’t fully work. My mother is disabled and the hotel nor the workers we willing to offer any kind of accommodations to assist her. Will not stay at this location in the future

Original I had the normal room but unfortunately the cleaning products smell the they use to clean the house was too strong for us, we couldn’t sleep at all the first night because all the sheets and pillows smell so strong so we decided to change and upgrade our room to family club and ended up paying 450$ extra but the quality of room was better.
