The hotel and its rooms are very nice. We received very good service, but for me, the hotel is too big, which means you waste a lot of time moving from one place to another and when it rains it is very uncomfortable to get to the restaurants. Otherwise, excellent.

Our stay at the hard rock was one of the best vacations. Have to give a big shout out to RAMON wich was our waitor at the guitar pool food was great very respectful and responsive waitor!! He made the dats at the pool absolutely enjoyable!

The room I was staying fur my vacation needs repairs. The TV was coming off the wall. Housekeeping was terrible. I always had to call for restack of tissue, water, towels. The mirrors were dirty, and there are fingerprints on the wall that can easily be cleaned. this is my third time at the hard rock and I was extremely disappointed with the service of housekeeping.

The resort is HUGE! There is so much to do. There are trolleys available if you do not want to walk. The drivers are super nice! Denis from the lobby bar had amazing service! Yirda, Audrys, and Pauly made every visit to the Kids Pool area bar so much fun! Chats with them were memorable.

Bellboys are extremely disrespectful towards guests. They ask for tips all around when it’s something that’s not mandatory.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, me tuvieron que cambiar a 3 hab y de igual manera no enfriaba apropiadamente. El transporte para ir a diferentes áreas del hotel se demoraba demasiado. Tenía un crédito con mi reserva y nadie en el hotel me pudo dar información de cómo usarlo, y lo perdí. No recomiendo el hotel para nada, tampoco volvería.
