Got a nicer room than expected looking at the ocean. Came to visit for a wedding and didn’t have enough time to explore everything there was because there was so much to do. I will definitely be coming back with more time to enjoy!

This hotel has an impressive infrastructure, still they have forgotten about the main elements of an experience. Food was not only below average, but it was also just bad, including their specialized restaurants. Service was just annoying, lack of attention, lack of friendliness, even tipping you always got an attitude and laziness around the property. After reflecting about this trip Hard Rock will never be an option for us, and we are extending that to Punta Cana. No value for money. There are many other destinations with outstanding experience.

Nos negaron acseso vip en las facilidades. Le representante de legacy nos mintio en todo lo que nos ofrecio. Hasta nos sacaron de la piscina que ella nos indico. Eliminaron el carrito de la exhibicion del restaurante ciao. La comida del restaurante gallos tenia mal sabor y fria. Fui hace 5 años y era mejor, los cambios en su mayoria no fueron para bien. El parque acuatico excelente y el servicio en las habitaciones. Creo que la presentacion de legacy deberia ser opcional y no obligatoria.

A/c not working correctly Food nothing great Not enough golf carts to transport the amount of people Not same liquor in all bars There best restaurant they had the vents weren't working, it was full of smoke. Restaurants close without notice, not the best experience at all

Escogimos Punta Cana para nuestras vacaciones en familia y Hard Rock fue nuestra mejor opción, mis niños se divirtieron muchísimo, cominos rico, tomamos rico, buenos show, hermosas piscinas, preciosa playa, el personal muy amables, atentos y agradecidos, buenos shows, buena música, cómodas habitaciones. Regresaremos a Punta Cana Hard Rock. Gracias República Dominicana.
