The property was beautiful. Lots of dining options. Our butler Angelo was very attentive and stayed connected with us during our stay. The entertainment was amazing from stretching at the beach with Caramelo, and doing aerobics at the pool with Braulio, to magic shows, and live music at night

It was amazing best five day vacation ever my friend even got proposed to on the trip. They had a beach dinner set up really beautiful. They had the room set up with flowers and a bottle. It just looks really amazing. We will definitely be coming back we’ve already booked our second trip in February.

The service in general was very good, due to the low occupancy when I was staying, they reduced the number of active restaurants, but it seems to me that this measure was not reflected in the variety of dishes available in the restaurants that did open.

The crew members were excellent and that’s what I look forward for a vacation- good customer service. Angelo our butler did an excellent job guiding us and answering any question or solving any issues with our stay. We definitely recommend upgrading to get a butler. The entertaining crew-Cristina was super hype too entertain everyone. Even the cleaning crew were excellent. Cons- the hotel needs some remodeling. The rooms need a makeover with new beds and decoration. The AC wasn’t optimal but that could be due to the hot period we travel.

The bartenders in the lobby bar were amazing. Welfri was the best! There was another amazing bartender at that bar, a woman with glasses but I didn’t catch her name. The food was very good. We enjoyed a wide variety. At every restaurant, there was at least something for everyone in our group. We traveled with our young toddler, and we felt very welcomed. Everyone in the staff was so happy to see him and it made us want to come back again. We have gone to these Majestic resorts 5 times now, and we will be returning to the colonial in a couple months!

Everything was excellent from the staff to the amenities. Food was greattttt, rooms were huge and resort has so many things to do within. Pool and beach has easy access. Love it would definitely book again!
