The resort was very nice and a good size! We stayed in the colonial club adults only section. The staff was very friendly and helped make Christmas feel nice away from home. The butler service was nice. Samuel was very attentive and checked in often to see if we needed anything to make our stay more comfortable. We found the food to be very good for the first portion of our trip, however we were a little bored of the options by the last few days of our 10 day vacation. All in all, I would definitely stay here again :)

Beautiful beach, everything you need for the relaxing vacation. The property is on the older side and the bathrooms are wired, but the food is good and stuff is very friendly.

This Property is very Run down/Dirty also very UNSAFE UNSAFE there are people in the resort that do not have a bracelet and people on the beach trying to sell drugs. Staff is too friendly to the point of feeling unsafe. I do not recommend this property or the Dominican Republic this was my first and last time to DR.

What we liked: the location and the beach What we didn’t like: the hotel needs a complete renovation, everything is old and in poor shape. It is at best a 3-star hotel The worst: service and staff is very bad, at most a 2-star service We do not recommend staying in this hotel if you are looking for luxury. If you are looking for a mediocre hotel at a good location then maybe. I am sure that the high rating reviews are from at least 5 years.

The pool and beach is very nice and spacious. Rooms were clean and nice. Some buffet food could have been warmer or have hotter heat lamps, the dinner restaurants were quality though. Overall solid experience.

Great property to relax and be by yourself. Be wary of interacting with the staff though - half of them were pleasant to intearct with - the other half including the front desk wish both you and they were not there.

this hotel was an excellent choice. Very relaxing, the entertainment staff was very nice and enjoyable. Definitely kept us entertained and on our feet all night dancing. Special shoutout to our mayordomo braymer. He was very nice and attentive during our entire stay. Always asking us if we needed anything and made anything happen! We will definitely be returning in the future !

The property is beautiful. Our butler Luis was amazing. He made all our dinning reservations and our buggy excursion reservation. He would message us throughout the day or find us throughout the resort to make we didnt need anything. Leandro at the club pool bar makes the best drinks (especially the mojitos) . He and Minerva make the pool bar such a great vibe. Ricardo at Supreme buffet always goes above and beyond. I cant wait to go back !!
