Food was not great. Steakhouse and hibachi was about only thing good besides pasta section at buffet. Alcoholic drinks were good and they kept the room fridge stocked. Our room had a mold issue and funny smell. So that really sucked and they knew it too because a dehumidifier was in the room the whole time. Need to close that room for renovations. But the other room our people had was really nice. Most of the staff was friendly just communication issues here and there. Property was very clean and the beach was beautiful. Just hate that the pools close at 6pm. The location is an hour drive to do most excursions so that sucked. But for the most part we enjoyed ourselves.

The resort was beautiful and very clean. The shows were really nice. I enjoyed the Rodeo, Japanese and both of the buffets. Food was plentiful and delicious. The ocean was a little rough but the pools were amazing. Loved July the bartender. Always got the crowd going and his drinks were amazing, especially the July special!! This was our 3rd time at the resort and I would definitely go back again.

Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. Everything it was amazing. Our room was beautiful, clean and well maintained. Customer service it was outstanding. Marta,Oscar and Leo went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional.The team was professional,efficient and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel.

I wasn’t impressed by the hotel, or the food. The disco lounge was depressing. I would give this hotel a 7 at the most. The staff was good, but not great, when compared to other resorts that we’ve been to. If you get a good deal, then you should consider it, otherwise there are better out there.

Me and my partner enjoyed our stay and have been recommending it to all our friends and family since we returned home. The staff were friendly and so accommodating. Our Butler Jacob was amazing and helped made our stay easy. We definitely will be returning here.

The staff was amazing. Our butler Darrel was very attentive and checked on us everyday. The food was acceptable not great. The property needs quite a lot of work such as painting and cleaning. We love staying here and will most likely return.

Very nice resort very big and elegant. The staff was great and nice very welcoming . The food was okay wish there were a couple more options throughout the day less gaps. The drinks were great in all the bars the pool was huge and clean!!!
