We have really enjoyed staying at the MAJESTIC RESORTS. We like the way you keep it up with the landscaping always trimmed and proper, the bartenders are always ready to accommodate your needs. Maid service kept our rooms neat and clean. Pablo, our butler ♥️ always kept up with any needs we had. The restaurants all had great food with minimal wait times. We loved the spa hydrotherapy tretments. Beaches kept clean and neat. Our room was cold, we tried cranking thermostats up but stayed cold. We didn't bring it to anyone's attention because we thought it better cold than too hot. This was our 8th stay between the Colonial and Mirage and we will be back. Thanks, Kevin & Maureen Storstad

Our stay at the resort was a mixed experience, though the positives certainly stood out. The beach was excellent—pristine, inviting, and perfect for relaxation. The resort’s location was ideal, within walking distance to several restaurants and the beach itself, which made getting around very convenient. We particularly enjoyed dining at the restaurant by the beach. It offered stunning views that made every meal a delightful experience. Room cleaning services were impeccable, with the housekeeping staff ensuring everything was spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. However, the food services left room for improvement. Some dishes were not properly warmed up, which was disappointing. Additionally, we encountered a few unfriendly staff members at the coffee shop, which detracted from the otherwise warm hospitality. Another notable downside was the DJ night. While it had the potential to be a fun experience, the music was unfortunately dominated by a few guests who insisted on playing music from their home country, dampening the overall vibe for others. Overall, the resort excels in its location, beach, and room cleanliness, but it could improve its food services and entertainment management to ensure a more balanced experience for all guests.

From the minute we arrived to the minute we left, the staff here did nothing but pamper you. We never lifted a finger. We’re already coming back next year it was so great. Great dining options for all meat eaters, pescatarians , vegetarians. There’s something for everyone. The grounds are immaculate , well taken care of . We loved everything about this place. Could Not ask for anything better

The Butler Service was superb (Carlos was excellent). The shows and entertainment were excellent (shout out to Candio). Bar tenders, wait staff all happy, helpful and pleasant which made the experience wonderful. I have previously stayed at Majestic and recommended it to friends and family, resulting in 12 people visiting. Continue with the property maintenance and renovations and we will continue coming!

Food not as good as I expected. Too much wait time in between courses during dinner at onsite restaurants. Concierge never replied to my messages in the five nights we stayed there.

The resort was beautiful and very lively, the staff were all so attentive and kind, there was never a moment where I wasn’t having a good time, if you’re planning a trip to Punta Cana, Majestic Mirage is definitely the way to go!

Clean property, check in is not easy. I booked 2 rooms one was not oceanfront as advertised, manager said he would move after a few days and never got back to us or made it right with another amenity. Second time we have stayed there. The butler Yenny was great.
