This was our third time visiting this resort. First was hour honeymoon in 2005. Resort is a little older, but most everything else was the same. Enjoyed the variety of restaurants still, excursion options, friendliness and professionalism of staff, large pools, swim up bars, coffee shop, entertainment including amphitheater, bowling alley, blue team including fire show. We had a great time and was well taking care of. Previdge package is a must and worth the $200 est extra pp cost.

Food is great and the staff are very friendly and kind. I just don’t like the bathroom in our room, saw two cockroaches. I feel like they need to renovate the whole bathroom because the flooring is kinda out dated. And the public bathroom by the pool area needs to be cleaned all the time. Over all our stayed for 4 nights was okay.

This was the best resort I’ve ever been to. With so many activities/restaurants/stores and 24/7 service there really is no need to leave it. Many tour guides came to advertise their different activities outside of the resort as well which me and my wife did plenty of. Everyone catered and pampered us and truly treated us like VIP. Overall this resort was amazing and our concierge “Derlin” was always attentive to our needs as well as booking all of our reservations. Overall he was beyond helpful and answered any and all questions we’ve had.

We traveled with a group of 11 (including a baby) and had a PERFECT trip! From start to finish, the staff were outstanding and attentive! Our butler, Derlin, was an absolute star, checking in with us and making arrangements when needed. The beach and pools were beautiful, and the food was wonderful, with SO much variety! We will definitely be back again!

Better than expected!
Had a great time here. Food in the main buffet was good, but quality could have been better and food hotter. The themed restaurants were good, never any problems and drinks were plentiful. We were staying in Privilege room and the benefits are worth it. Waiters by the pool always fletching drinks all day. Loved that there was entertainment every night, otherwise could have been a little boring in the evenings. Due to a cancelled flight I had the opprtunity to stay in a more expensive neighbouring hotel which had no entertainment. There were no problems at all with bugs or mosquitos anywhere. I would definitely come back again.

The buffet was better than the restaurant options. Staff at buffet were great, most bar tenders were top notch, and the pool staff were there when you need a drink.
