The Staff was very helpful and friendly. Place was clean. Felt like they were a little understaffed because it was slow season. Having to wear long pants to restaurant in 90 degree heat is a little frustrating. Love the coffee house. Love the piano bar. Restaurant's food was excellent. Buffet food was good. Well worth the price we paid.

No real complaints for a quick getaway. Booking through Expedia provided us with a concierge, Ismael who was extremely helpful in making us dinner reservations. The pools could use some updating and one side of the resort is being renovated. But I always had food options, entertainment, and plenty of drinks...what more do you need when only steps away from the beautiful turquoise sea!

We love the Hotel, our room was like 2 min away from the beach. We loved the bar by the beach, the lady that serve us for the 4 days was amazing!!.. Good food in the restaurants. But the Mexican and the steak house were close for the 2 days we like to eat dinner there. Overall We recommend this resort. For the price is amazing.

My husband got bit up pretty badly. I don’t want to say bed bugs because I wasn’t big at all but the bites were very mysterious. The room was sticky and muggy, AC didn’t work!! Sheets were dingy. I payed extra for privilege service but didn’t get it. Saw my butler one time. Then thst had the nerve to try and sell me a time share. PLEASE THE AUDACITY

I visited the DR Punta Cana for the first time. What an awesome and amazing resort we was welcomed in by Miss Martinez great spirit then met by Gus he was amazing! Argenis. Sent itinerary every morning checked up on us and make sure our stay was perfect and what I needed for my 45th birthday. 😎Fernandez and the crew for entertainment was amazing knew how to give a party and it was just like a wow. I don’t remember all the staff that was in the different restaurants they catered to you even the one at the front bar in the lobby. Very secure and a safe feeling being at blue sand and ocean resort. My sister and I truly enjoyed myself and will be back! Blessings always to everyone at this resort!

We spent 8 days at Ocean Blue and Sand. We felt it was nothing short of FANTASTIC! First and foremost the property is well laid out, exceedingly clean, friendly staff and terrific food and entertainment. We wanted to venture off of the resort to the downtown area, but from previous world destinations experiences, it did not appear as safe as other places. This absolutely was not the case on the property, we felt extremely safe and looked after. There are multiple security cameras on the property and the room is well secured. The food is absolutely top notch for an all-inclusive. Several restaurants, all excellent, and a buffet you would be hard pressed not to find something, regardless of your nationality. The waitstaff, grounds crews, entertainment hosts and resort staff never had us feeling we were not their priority. The beach area is constantly patrolled and occupied by security. The beach is clean and continually looked after. There were plenty of chairs available and shade spots, if that is your thing. The only downfall, if i had to pick one, would be the attempts to sell you an upgrade and a membership to the resort chain. This is common for most all-inclusive resorts and it is my opinion that they are all full of empty promises and take away from your relaxation time. I'd suggest you just say no. We will be re-visiting Punta Cana and will greatly consider H10 resorts again due to our experience.
