I wish I can give -5 rating to this hotel. The management staff was unhelpful and unresponsive during our stay. When the bathroom toilet flooded and water spread throughout the room, it took 45 minutes for someone to address the issue, and we were given a hard time when requesting a room change. Additionally, the restaurant staff consistently refused to seat us, claiming they were full, even when there were no reservations and plenty of open tables, highlighting a need for better training across their management team.

Enitre resort with cleanliness is great. mosquito problem is big concern, and there are very limited vegetarian option. over all the properties great.

Beautiful place by the beach Food variety is nice however not to much flavor. Toilet stinks can’t throw toilet paper in otherwise it will clog. Night entertainment could be better at the hotel. I am not mentioning RIU Party.

Loved the property…clean and right next to beach. Overall customer service great. Service was terrible at one of the restaurants because we put our name in for reservation and they forgot about us.

I’ve stayed at other Riu resorts in Cabo Mexico and had a great trip; however this property was very dated and in need of renovation. The room that I stayed in smelled of mildew and made me sick from an upper respiratory infection. Food from the buffet was edible but bow average in my opinion. I did not try the other restaurants but didn’t hear good things from other guests. The resort staff were friendly and kind. Very little activities were provided so you have to go to the other resorts for that which I did not. Next time I would probably choose Riu Macau instead.

The property and staff was amazing. Only thing i didn’t like and many others hv also said was that the night show entertainment was terrible and boring. It was the same show every night!!

when we arrived within 2 minutes our luggage was missing . we didn’t get it back fir 3 days mean while i had no clothes or medication . i had to buy a few clothes and medication . we did get our luggage returned however by that time our vacation was ruined .
