The food options were great. I liked not having to make a reservation for dinner. The staff was very friendly. Clean sandy beaches and shade from the palm trees on the beach.

This hotel asking for a review when I never got the chance to even go there in person. My flight was cancel due to a global issue checking in international passengers which forced me to cancel my trip because there was no other flights for the same day or next. I canceled everything through Expedia and now RIU IS NOT REFUNDING ME MY MONEY OR EVEN GIVING A CREDIT FOR FURURE BOOKING! Can’t believe how they handle emergency cancellation and no refund. Definitely won’t be looking into this place again nor will be recommending. MONEY TAKERS!

Room smelled of mold and even though it was suppose to have been renovated in the past 5 years only some things about the room was renovated i.e. floors and not furniture. Also the food was terrible at best. Grounds were nice and it seemed safe.

Was very disappointed with this property. Room was not maintained well! Sink was clogged, toilet did flush properly and air conditioner did not work in room! Difficult to get dinner reservations they claim they were always booked and full!

Good was amazing buffet. Restaurants they didn’t option for reservations. First come first serve. Pool parties there should be more control on people’s alcohol level very dangerous.

Resort was great. The rooms were a bit dated. Very stingy on room towels (you had to ask for more) which we did considering how hot it was there and the amount we showered. AC unit wasn't the best and at times it would feel like its just blowing mildly cooled air on you which was not always comfortable. Staff were awesome, always asking if you needed anything and just seemed happy. A lot of activities for both adults and kids.

I really enjoyed the resort, the staff and the convenience of having everything at walking distance. My 17 year old was also pleased with this place. I would come back.
