This resort is 10/10! The five night stay I had was nothing less than amazing. Extremely clean, food was great for an all inclusive with many options, the staff are amazing and at your service if needed in a drop of a dime and the resort is beautiful! I will definitely be back!

Resort is nice but not even close to be a 5 star hotel. Resors is brand new and clean but service are lame and lousy. Stuff is not properly trained, food are mediocre.

I went here for a birthday trip with a group of friends and it was the best resort by far. Food was delicious, margaritas were perfect & the staff were friendly & funny. I gave it a 4.5 star because house cleaning came 3 times out my 6 day stay. Dishes piled up & my towels weren’t renewed.

Adult side Buffet is closed for dinner 3 days per week. This means you have to go to the family side buffet. We pay extra to stay on adults only resorts so we don’t need to deal with kids running around and screaming . These closures also overwhelm the family side buffet. Not a good policy .
