The property was nice. The food was horrible, I probably lost 10 pounds the week I stayed because I barely ate anything. The only dining option that was good was the hibachi restaurant 10 out of 10. The employees are like vultures they won’t take no for an answer trying to sell you a timeshare. When I’m probably never going back again. The towels were all stained and tinted but should have been white. The bartenders were nice and the drinks were okay they will surely get you drunk. The liquor is not top shelf for sure.

Very disappointed how poor they are paying the stuff and especially the people who do all the shows (circus,dancing…..) Especially when we are paying pretty well. Also they don’t have enough things to do at night… boring.

Very friendly staff and clean facilities. Dining was limited and dining areas not located near rooms so expect a good bit of walking.

staff was very unfriendly to Americans, bathroom in hotel room smelled like mold, had to request housekeeping. staff was speak in English to us until they didnt want to help anymore then would say "no english". every time we ate at any restuarant, staff would walk away while we were ordering and not return. you need reservations for every restuarant besides the buffet, these reservations are hard to get. i called months before to ask about these reservations and was told we didnt need them. this was our honeymoon trip and we thought we would have a great time. turns out, we were just counting down the days till we got to come home. would not recommend this resort to anyone.

It was the best room I have stayed in. Was like a little apartment with a separate living room. Nice large shower but I admit it was a little too open. No door for the shower. I enjoyed everything about the resort with the exception of the food in the buffet. Not enough variety and the taste was sub par. My best meals were the hibachi in the Asian restaurant and surprisingly the Mediterranean restaurant Bellum. The salmon was delicious.

The staff was very accommodating. The room was large with a beautiful view of the beach. The property was clean and well kept. The banquet had plenty of food choices. Overal, It is a very nice place to stay, and I would stay there again. The only complaint i Have is the room was always damp for some reason even with the A/C on. I wasn't on the coldest setting because i can't take much cold with my spinal cord injury.

The staff and food were excellent. The amenities were also fantastic, like the pools, music, dance, shows, bars, etc. The maintenance may be improved a little bit as some of the rooms have water leaks in the bathrooms or in the private pool area, but everything else was really good!

They need to get new towels for the room and for the pool whatever and New roads cuz these are all washed out worn out and have 24-hour room service not just 12 hours and whatever pool to be open later

We traveled as group of 9 people and stayed 4 nights. We tried to book steak house and italian resturant but they were fully booked for our entire stay. We asked the front desk but they couldn't do anything which was disappointing. Bathroom had mold in shower and sink faucet and it was clean properly. Very limited items in buffet as compare to other resort. (They don't have hash brown) in breakfast. They don't have enough activites after dark. It just karoke , salsa dance and magic show for 30 mins. I wouldn't recommand this resort. They need alot of improvement

When we arrived we were assigned a guide to show us the resort. His name was Jackson. The first day he was really nice showed us the resort,helped us reserve our dinner plans and offered to take us to the adults only side for breakfast the next morning. We agreed. The next morning we happened to wake up late and couldnt make it. When we seen him again around the resort,I apologized and told him we woke up late. We noticed he was upset. He kept trying to get us to go to the adults only resort just for breakfast and to see what it offered but I really wasn't interested after he got pushy. He literally asked every time he seen us. I eventually told him to please stop asking and then he showed his true colors. He got loud and said FORGET IT THEN and walked away. After that he never spoke to me and my boyfriend again. We were very polite when we told him we were not interested in seeing the other resort so for him to get so upset made me feel there was another motive and maybe they were trying to sell us something once we got over there. Also the chefs in the buffet are not polite. They do not smile, if tou say hello they just look at you. Even if everyone speaks a different language, a smile goes a long way and they just look so mean and miserable. Imagine being on vacation and being happy just to encounter their staff who looks like they hate their job. Also the fact that you can not take food to room will be the reason I never return.
