We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The listing and former reviews are all accurate. Wonderful experience. The grounds, pools, and beach access is equally as marvelous. If it matters, the restaurant selection is limited nearby. 20 min drive to Punta Mita for larger selection. We made the trip twice. Only other thing to note is that we lost electricity during an evening rainstorm for 2 hours. It was no hardship at all but I believe it may be a recurring issue. That won’t prohibit us from returning. Rogelio and Mariela were very helpful. Thanks for the relaxing vacation.

Had a wonderful time with our 4 teen kids. Clean and spacious with a great balcony with a view. Beds were very comfy. Meals were wonderful at the condo, and allowed us to completely relax, and enjoy all the condo offered. Staff were very helpful and attentive to anything we needed. Pools and beach were quiet with plenty of chairs. Great experience, will definitely be back.

Wonderful Experience
The condo was beautiful, very clean, beautifuly decorated, comfy beds, spacious and had everything you would need for a wonderful vacation. The concierge, Rogelio set up our transportation, boat excursion, groceries and was very responsive, helpful and organized. Chef Paloma and Mariela were delightful and the meals they prepared were absolutely delicious. The kitchen was so clean and meticulously organized. Pools were great and so nice that they were heated. Overall a fantastic property and vacation!

The reviews for this place were so good, and it did not disappoint. The property itself was beautiful, clean and well-maintained. Three pools, ocean a short walk away. The owner was very communicative throughout the whole process. The concierge was as well. The chef and chef's helper were kind and prepared delicious and beautiful food. The condo was lovely with ocean views from the modern great room out through the beautifully appointed covered terrace. And good thing it was covered because we got to experience Hurricane Lydia! We had a great time in spite of the storm thanks to the wonderful meals prepared by our Chef Paloma! Although the staff, concierge & owner were extremely helpful, I’d like to recommend adding flashlights, candles and more lighters to each sleeping space. The pools remained open and our kids had a fun time trying each and every pool. A concession at the neighboring “W” hotel provided boogie boards so they could take advantage of the ample surf. Our multi generation family group had an unpredictable experience that was lots of fun!

Paradise on Earth
I can't say enough about this gorgeous property. It was even better than the amazing photos online. The view from the veranda was spectacular and expertly displayed the sweep of the meticulously landscaped property past three large infinity pools down to the white sandy beach where the staff were waiting with umbrellas, beach chairs and loungers. So peaceful as the refreshing but warm ocean waves reminded us of how wonderful it is to immerse oneself in the healing elements of saltwater. Don't even consider not hiring the Chef whose inventive and delicious meals introduced us to the culinary highlights of Mexican cuisine. Even our 5 and 2 year old grandchildren were eagerly awaiting each meal while the Chef spoiled them with special delights once she knew their preferences. The housekeeper, another marvel, made beds, keep all 4 bathrooms in spotless condition as well as the remainder of the house. All sorts of adventures are nearby, the most exciting for us being a whale watching excursion just up the road. Within 15 minutes we were treated to the high jinx of a mamma, papa and baby Humpback whale who delighted us for over an hour while our guide kept a respectful distance. We have never taken so successful a trip. Our party of 6 adults and two children were over the moon with this week long holiday and will be coming back for more next year. And our location on the third floor ensured long views along with tropical breezes. In short, it was paradise!

Absolutely Amazing!
We had never been to Mexico and after staying at this condo we cannot wait to go back! It is hard to describe how amazing this place is! Many thanks to Rogelio for arranging transportation, our groceries, and dealing very quickly with minor details regarding the condo! Huge thank you's to Daniela and Mariela for their incredible meals and taking meticulous care of the condo and subsequently us!! Every time we sat down to the table we were treated with the most delicious and beautifully presented meals! Truly. These women are a joy... so kind, gracious, talented and we had great fun trying to communicate with our very basic Spanish! We have never had the unbelievable option to have a chef and from our first lunch to our last breakfast we were never hungry! I can't say enough about what a treat it was to have them and without a doubt worth every peso! The condo is spacious, beautifully decorated and the pictures are spot on. There were seven of us, all adults, and there is plenty of room to comfortably spread out. The walk to the beach is very easy and the set up is great, we never had a problem getting an umbrella and chairs. The ocean was great to swim in and we were able to rent sup boards from a local vendor who delivered them. The pools are very well maintained, the staff is very friendly and the grounds are beautiful. We would return to this beautiful condo in a heartbeat!

Such a relaxing stay
I can't compliment this property, its owner, and its staff enough. First, the chef and housekeeper are out of this world! The food was incredible for the cost of our normal weekly grocery bill. Not only did the food taste incredible, the chef made an excellent presentation as well. For a modest charge, the chef will also cook dinner with a server. We highly recommend this and, in the future, will eat dinner at the property a few more times for our weekly stay. The chef and house keeper went above and beyond to ensure cleanliness and sanitation. They were very careful to cook and clean with bottled water. The property itself is great. It's spacious and very well laid out. We've been to Los Veneros several times and the property continues to be well maintained and does not appear to age. Let me be clear, I give this property 5 stars, but there are two issues that you should know. First, there is only one parking space for a 3br unit. We had a large suburban that would not fit easily in the small spot, security showed us where to park in a very secured area on the side of the building. It worked fine and we had no concerns. Second, and keep in mind you're pretty much in the middle of the jungle, the internet service was not consistent. We understand the technological challenges of any internet provider trying to provide service in this area, and we weren't there to surf the internet, but if you are someone looking to work remotely and need fast, consistent internet, you should make appropriate arrangements with your cellphone provider for a hotspot. The cellphone coverage was excellent. But again, these were nothing more than minor inconveniences and we still rate the property 5 stars. The property has four pools. All of which have walk-in areas for small children. We had three kids (6 months, 20 months, and 4 years) that all enjoyed the children's areas of the pools. The pool closest to the beach has a great children's area. The beach attendants did a great job of setting up chairs and umbrellas. You can either purchase drinks and food from the W Hotel (great selections), or Los Veneros also has a bar and restaurant that was exceptional for beachside/poolside service. It was half the price of the W (so $5 USD for a margarite versis $10-ish for the W). It is located next to BUGAMBILIA building by the gym. My highest compliments to this property, its staff, and the experience. We can't wait to come back!

Outstanding all around.
We stayed 5 nights at this amazing property. It was a group of 7 friends and we were all blown away by every detail. Our concierge, Rogelio, assisted us thru every detail in a timely manner. The chef, Daniela and helper Mariela, were amazing. Every meal with a delight and all of our allergies were treated very carefully. The unit was beautiful and clean, as was the entire property. Could not have wanted anything more. Thank you to the owner and staff that made this such a memorable vacation.

Outstanding Stay
This is a can't-miss property/experience. We were a family of 9. 3 married couples, two adult children, and a baby. The property was clean and roomy. We spent most of our time on the balcony or at the pool or surfing in the Ocean. Jonny, the chef, was masterful. We were never hungry and the food was spectacular. Mariella, the assistant to Jonny and housekeeper, did a fantastic job of keeping the condo clean and tidy. She also did a great job helping to prepare and serve the food, as well as anticipate all of our needs. The condo is situated on a beach that doesn't get much traffic - and I think we hit a shoulder season - but it felt like we had the pools to ourselves and the beach to ourselves. It was a fabulous week and I'd go back in a heartbeat! Thank you.

Beautiful!
This property is decorated to beautifully. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. All amenities were very nice. The deck and view are amazing although it didn’t get sun until dinner time. The complex is very well run and if you need anything additional you can find it next door at the W hotel. The beach is stunning and the pools are quiet. The property is not close to much and you can’t walk so we had to take taxis. The one thing I will add is the taxis are very expensive if you plan to leave the condo. We went 3 miles to the marina to get on a boat and it was $60 US dollars. We had friends inside the gates in Punta Mita and getting a ride there was easy but if you are heading home past 9 it’s very hard to get back. I would consider a rental car if you plan to go anywhere. Also if you are someone who needs to explore this location is secluded so it’s more of a stay in one place spot. I will end by saying the owner and concierge are extremely responsive and the chef and housekeeper are very kind and helpful. This place is paradise and I would absolutely return!

An amazing get away!!!
This property has it all. A couple of weeks before our departure we were contacted by our concierge, Rogelio. He arranged transportation (with a car seat), sent us a menu to select our meals from (which was extensive with a wide variety of options), scheduled a nurse to come to the unit for covid tests, and ask for our grocery list. He took care of everything, including picking up sand toys for my son. The unit was immaculate with high quality construction and finishes (I’m a commercial interior designer and pay attention to these details). The bed in the master was so incredibly comfortable. I slept like a baby. The indoor/outdoor living space was great. We ate every meal on the patio overlooking the ocean. Jhony, the chef, was there upon our arrival with a meal waiting for us. His cooking was amazing! He went to culinary school and spent years perfecting his ranchero sauce! He made fresh squeezed orange juice every morning at breakfast and for margaritas. He was flexible with our schedule as was the daily cleaning service. The grounds were lovely and extremely well kept. My husband and I used the gym every morning. It was great! The pool was easily accessible and the water was the perfect temperature. The private beach has white, soft sand perfect for kids to play. The property is pretty secluded so there weren’t many people on the beach. Our 5 year old son could run around and we didn’t have to worry. Having the W next door is a definite perk. We ate dinners there almost every night. We ventured out to the small town one night. Rogelio arranged our reservation for us. The restaurant was great. We went to Mina’s. I would recommend it. We had such an amazing time. My husband and I work long hours so being on vacation where I don’t have to really do anything but relax was exactly what we both needed. This place is incredible and we will definitely come again! It’s perfect for large groups so coming back with friends is a high possibility. :)

Relaxing Family Vacation
Our first time in the Punta Mita area and stay at Los Veneros was wonderful and seamless from the moment we arrived. The property owner, our assigned concierge and chef team with Johnny and Enrique anticipated all that we needed. We had daily breakfast, lunch and a special dinner .. all was very good! We had 2 families and room for all 9 of us. Chef Johnny accommodated my 9 year with special breakfast while giving Instagram worthy menus for the teens in our group. The property was clean, beach access as described and no issues getting beach chairs, pool chairs, etc. We visited for Spring Break and the vibe was relaxed, private and quiet. We used the gym daily to make up for all of the wonderful food and it was great. We had daily massages on the beach with several services walking around to offer ($50 was the going rate for an hour). We didn’t find the small bar near the 4th pool until mid trip and drinks a lot cheaper than what we were buying from the Hotel W pool bar… so walk around to find it. The guys on our trip wanted to play golf and Rogelio found an option with Higuera.. it was good but daily transportation can get pricey from the property. We decided to limit trips to Punta Mita and just stay in. We will definitely be back and appreciate all the attention to us having a wonderful, safe and relaxing trip!!!

Best Vacation Ever!
We had an absolutely incredible stay at Los Veneros and can't wait to come back! The space is stunning and the furniture and decor is not only beautiful but it's well maintained and very comfortable. The unit was more than spacious for 2 families of 4. The outside living space is incredible with great furnishings. Chef Johnny was incredible. His food was delicious and he was friendly but stayed out of our way. Everythig was just perfect. Can't wait to come back!

Perfect Family Vacation
We decided on this property because of the numerous positive reviews. We were traveling with my two sons, daughter-in-law and 11 month old granddaughter. The balcony was a spacious great place to spend time, provided beautiful views (especially sunset) and sounds of the crashing waves. The indoor space was also another perfect. area with a top notch sound system. Internet however was not the best, somewhat intermittent. The concierge, Claudia was very helpful and was responsive to my many requests and questions. Johnny was our chef, cooked us delicious breakfast and lunch's. He even made dinner for us the night that we arrived.. We enjoyed the round table, with a built-in lazy susan on the balcony. We would head to the beach following breakfast, and when we returned for lunch the unit was cleaned up, beds made, clean towels and overall tidied up. The walk to the beach took us by 3 infinity pools, the one we enjoyed was closest to the beach and was heated. The landscaping along the way provided us with some shade and was a lush, beautiful path. The beach was absolutely beautiful, isolated and private. We went to Sayulita for one of the days, extreme opposite of the Los Veneros Beach. It had lots of surfers, individuals selling their goods, bands playing Latino music, people dancing, food venders and essentially was over-stimulating and fun. Minor suggestions, I read that there was a spa and workout room, but have no idea where they were located. In addition, there is a store at the W-hotel essentially out the front door that had beer, wine and alcohol, and other miscellaneous snacks. It would have been helpful to have a map or info sheet with descriptions or suggestions of nearby conveniences.
