Within the gates of the Four Seasons & St. Regis Resorts, Caida de Agua is a five-bedroom oceanfront property with a panoramic view to the ocean and golf course. Each suite in our villa is spacious, with private decks or patios and each hosts an ocean view.

Grocery funds are paid separately, US$3,000. You will have the option to pay in advanced with a wire transfer. If there is a remaining amount during your stay, it will be added to your final account to pay in cash upon check out. A 10% shopping fee will be added to purchases to cover the cost of gas and the occasional outside shopping service.

Once confirmed, a Rental Agreement, Liability Form and HOA forms will be sent to be signed and returned.
