In the heart of Punta Gorda Isles, this home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. This vacation home has a spacious living room and kitchen which offer an open floor plan and water views. There is also a formal living and dining area. Living room, dining room and master have sliding doors that open to the gorgeous lanai. The heated saltwater pool was completely renovated fall of 2018. Pool cage. All new kitchen appliances. Master bedroom and guest bedroom have brand new box springs and mattresses. The third bedroom is currently used as a bonus room/office. Washer/Dryer included. The circular area in the pool is NOT a hot tub it is just a sitting area. No boat lift use or access.

The Lanai and Pool areas were beautiful and relaxing. You could easily stay out there all day. This house is very well equipped for guests. The kitchen was one of the best equipped I have seen in 20 years of renting!

Fabulous girl’s trip!
Perfect home and location for a mom’s trip away! We absolutely loved the charm of this home and all of the amenities! The pool and view were beyond perfect! The cleaning crew’s schedule got messed up and the home was not ready when we got there, but Chelsea was phenomenal and made sure to call them STAT and they took care of it immediately! We appreciated the prompt response so much! We hope to be back next Summer! Best quick trip ever!

Loved our Punta Gorda stay!!
My husband and I stayed here with another couple, it is very close to Fisherman's Village and downtown. Chelsea was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. The house is very spacious and the pool was great. We also go to meet one of the neighbors who was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was very clean and kitchen was well supplied. It met all my needs for a get away with its own pool. Pool area visible to neighbors to the right (only out 1-2 days). Some minor updates needed but would stay again.

The owners were easy to communicate with and the property had anything you wanted. The lanai and pool were the highlights of the visit. Unfortunately, there is a neighbor who has barking dogs and also likes to monitor the neighborhood. There was a “keep out” sign on the dock which was understandable; but we were sitting on the wall (BESIDE the dock, not on the dock) watching the jumping fish when the neighbor decided to tell us to get off the wall and go back into the lanai. Instead of arguing we chose to just do as he asked. But then he proceeded to call the owner and inform her we were on the dock. In answering her call I told her what we actually been doing and she said that was fine. However we chose to stay out of the yard and away from the busy-body neighbor. This is the only detriment to the property rental.

We planned a trip to Punta Gorda to visit family we had not seen in years. This property was within budget, had a pool, and seemed to have great reviews. Some reviews said it was dated, but my wife and myself thought it was a really cute house! Everything was well-stocked and very clean! We will absolutely be booking this every time we go to Punta Gorda, which will be a few times a year, without hesitation!

Weekend birthday get away
Overall our stay was good. House was neat and clean. An older home that is well maintained. Our biggest and only real complaint is the neighbors to the left. Their dogs started barking at 7:30am and didn't stop all day on Saturday. We didn't hear them quiet them down at all. Apparently they also have birds, that squawked a majority of the day. They have a TV that is mounted to the screen enclosure and they had the volume up ALL DAY. The noise coming from them made it impossible to enjoy the lanai and pool.

Summer weekend stay
Property was nice. Pool was dirty. But I think its a problem with the pool boy (he came day two and just brushed the algea and put in some chemicals) but the filter didn't seem to filter and there were lots of dead bugs. Pool was full of dead flying ants. We spent 2 hours over 2 days cleaning them up after the rain (we think they must live in the pump or something). Previous tenants sprayed the master pillows with cologne and they smelled so bad we couldn't sleep on them (we didn't determine the source of fhe smell until bedtime), we washed them the next morning. But the mattress pad still smelled which we didn't realize it too was permeated or else we would have washed it too. Grill was disgusting so we opted to not use it. Very little supplies were in the house, we had to buy toilet paper and paper towels, laundry soap, trash bags just to get through a 2.5 day weekend. I know every place is different but we normally have enough to make it through the first day after traveling. Something smelled dead in the laundry room and hallway. Location is great.

Great quiet location
Less than 15 minutes to/from the airport, this property is located in a beautiful area and close to many restaurants and Fisherman’s village. The view is beautiful and the property has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Chelsea was east to reach when needed and was so friendly and so was the neighbor! We loved it and hope to return!

An older home but great for a family stay. Well equipped with things like paper goods and pool towels. Close to everywhere you might want to go in Punta Gorda and the surrounding area. Enjoyed having a pool that was clean and well maintained. Chelsea was quick to remedy an issue we had with the glass sliding door. Great value. We would stay again.
