Suitable for teleworking. Quiet neighborhood of detached houses, five minutes drive from the sea. Five minutes walk to the supermarket, the bar, the restaurant pizzeria, the pharmacy and the bus stop: 30/45 minutes to the train station of Cagliari, from where trains or buses to the airport depart. Minimum stay 5 days.
You will find a large room with kitchen and living room, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and a laundry corner with washing machine, a terrace of 15 sqm with a relaxation area equipped with two armchairs, a deck chair and a table for outdoor dining: from here you can peer the sea and decide which beach to choose depending on the wind! It’s equipped with a refrigerator, induction hob, microwave, oven, toaster, 32" flat screen TV, air conditioning, WiFi, hairdryer, ironing board.
