The tv remote did not work, my daughter would have preferred a smart TV and there seemed to be a piece missing from the hot water pitcher. Apart from these details, it was really a lovely hotel. Very friendly and helpful people.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Port Royal and was the perfect location for our first visit to Quebec City. The staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful with suggestions. The Louise Taverne adjacent to the hotel was fantastic. We've already booked our return for next summer!
