Elevator is unsafe and noisy. Bathroom door is dragging on the floor. We can smell the dust since the building is under renovation. Person in charge is accommodating though.

C'est pas les rénovations qui offre le confort.
La chambre en face d'un Centre du Camion Volvo ouvert 24h/24 j'ai pas dormis de la nuit à cause des camion qui entraient dans la cours. Pas d'internet dans la chambre. Les draps trop court pour le matelas après 2 nuits j'ai réalisé que je dormais les pieds sur le matelas. J'ai avisé la réception ils m'ont donné le courriel de la compagnie de ménage pour que je puisse les avisers. un peu ordinaire.

Lhotel est en rénovations, donc lorsque nous sommes arrivés le soir, aucune pancarte éclairée pour indiquer l'endroit et où entrer. Internet ne fonctionne pas et aucun ménage durant nos 3 jours! Les voisins de chambre étaient bruyants et comme c'est pas très bien insonorisé, on a pas beaucoup dormit. Le téléphone dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas, aucun menu de restaurants des alentours, aucune indications pour la télévision, etc. La chambre etait parcontre très propre, le garçon à l'accueil gentil.

Pire expérience à vie dans un hôtel.
L'hôtel est en construction et nul part c'était indiqué. Je me suis fait réveiller à 7h par des matériaux qui tombaient. Les murs de la chambre tremblaient lorsqu'ils laissaient tomber les paquets de bardeaux juste au dessus, sur le toit. En quittant, j'ai remarqué plusieurs clous dans le stationnement que j'ai dû enlever pour éviter une crevaison. En parlant avec la gérante le matin même (29/09/2023) de ces profonds désagréments, elle a dit qu'elle ne pouvait rien faire pour me dédommager puisque j'avais réservé en ligne sur ''Hotels.com''. J'ai oublié 4 bières de micro-brasseries d'une valeur de 32$ dans le réfrigérateur, qui avaient soudainement disparues quand j'ai rappelé plus tard dans la journée pour les récupérer. De loin la pire expérience que j'ai vécu dans une hôtel.

The room was clean and newly renovated. The hotel is under construction so no ice machine and the grounds were pretty rough with weeds and construction fences.
