This was a nice affordable option for a short visit to sight see in Québec. The staff was friendly and informative. The room had a second door to the exterior where I could park and have esay access to my car.

Will NOT return.
Not impressed at all. More of a motel, than hotel. Room was musty and damp. Only one outlet to service entire room and that plug had an extension chord to service tv and fridge. Room was clean but very dated. Bed was comfortable. Washroom was a surprise as it was updated. Room had outside door which was convenient for unloading/loading vehicle but door didn’t lock properly so we didn’t use it. We needed to use the iron which worked great but the ironing board was a table top size which was flimsy and kept collapsing. Check in and check out clerk were nice and spoke English to accommodate us. We never say the pool. Construction outside the hotel was terrible which made getting in and out difficult. No refill on toilet paper or Kleenex. Wasn’t expecting housekeeping but dry towels would have been nice.

To be honest, this place is fine for a one night stay for a couple and not for a family. The room that was assigned to has one outlet working, only by the bed. We’ve tried to watch tv but tv isn’t turning on, checked plug by using phone charger - disappointed. Noise from upstairs above our room had made this stay very disappointing, footsteps and loud thump made it worst. We checked in at 5pm and left at 4:30am, can’t stay long anymore.

The toilet flowed over in the middle of the night. Room 147. Not pretty. Went to the front office to advise them and ask for another room so we could use a bathroom. They were polite enough to say that we could come all the way up to the lobby to use the toilet. Will not ever return to this hotel.
