The room was supposed to be booked for aug, hotels.com had an error and the dates changed on the booking. They informed me they could not cancel the booking and it would need to be done by the hotel but they refused to cancel it.

Firstly, I am a French-speaking customer, but bilingual. And it's unpleasant how much of your communications are always in English. The room was very ordinary and in dire need of updating. Old TV and the bathroom...OH MY GOD!! As for lunch. There is really no effort on your part in this regard.

We found that the staffs were very helpful and professional. The complimentary breakfast selection was great too. However, our concerns are more with the property itself. The lights seemed very dimmed at the hallways and swimming pool. The hot tub, swimming pool and sauna smelled like mould. The water in the pool and hot tub looked dirty too. The property seems a bit outdated and in need of renovation.

We just needed a place to spend the night before continuing our roadtrip. Staff was kind and helpful and the room and bathroom clean. it also included free breakfast and allowed us to bring our dog. I'd stay here again and recommend the place.

Well placed for getting in to Quebec city, Old Quebec and further afield this was great for our visit. It is close to good coffee and many restaurant options. The staff offered great service. Good value!
