We stayed for two nights. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Lots of places to park and we were lucky we got into the parking lot behind the hotel. There was an overflow parking lot opposite the back of the hotel that had surveillance cameras too. Hotel was ten minutes from downtown Quebec City where we went to the German market, so the hotel location for the price was good. However, room had a musty smell, half a bottle of wine was left out on the Juliet balcony, dirty bedsheets (bottom pillows), noisy rooms - we could literally hear everything from the other rooms which kept us up at night. Nice pool, but needed a clean as had things like paper and lots of hair clumps floating in it. Breakfast was very very basic - we didn’t grab anything in the end. Would not stay again.

For $80 bed was clean, felt safe, friendly and quick spot to sleep with easy free parking. Highly recommend to pay extra and stay someplace else. Beds are squeaky, couldn’t see out window and we heard either mice or rats in walls at night. Had a ick feel to it.

Nice people, comfortable rooms
This is a fairly basic hotel, however, the rooms are large and comfortable. I didn't eat breakfast there (there wasn't much that interested me on offer), but I liked their coffee machine, and the area of town has a number of bars and restaurants worth visiting. Quebec City is a very walkable city.

Good Place, but improvements are need to implement
In general, it was a good place.There were pink color between some tiles. one brush with specialized product solve this problem. I stayed in semi basement room, the isolation wasn't good enough I woke up with children noise at 6ish am. The breakfast was more industrilized products. I would return if there were no basement room for me. It is important a view from window for me.

A la suite de notre lecture des commentaires négatifs, Ma conjointe et moi y avons ete avec une certaine crainte . A notre grande surprise notre suite était très très propre. Les draps du lit etait tres blanc, tres propre sentait tres bon aussi même choses pour les serviettes de bain tres propre . On a vu aucun poil comme certains ont ecris . Notre cuisinette contenait tout pour ce faire un bon repas . Le petit déjeuner est tres bien malgré les commentaires. Céréales, cafe, toast ,bagel confitures, fromages ,muffins assortis, fruit , jus de fruit, oeufs a la coques .etc . Si vous etes du genre bacon et oeufs miroir vous n etes pas a bonne place. Points négatifs Effectivement tapis pour monté aux étages supérieurs aurait besoin dun petit nettoyage. Les murs sont pas insonorisés . Mettre une consigne aucun bruit avant x heure ou apres x heures certains clients n ont aucun respect et se foutent des autres( notre chambre etait entre 2 familles qui voyageait ensemble ( la veille notre voisin de droite écoutait sont football a tue tete. le lendemain celui de gauche nous a réveiller a 6h50 am car il parlait dans le couloir de son itinéraire devant notre porte on l a pas trouvé drôle). Ma femme s est levée est en aller leur dire d aller jaser ailleurs.
