Lovely, clean room. Helpful staff. Convenient to Old Quebec. We had a balcony room overlooking the indoor pool. Highly recommend.

This hotel is geared towards older kids. We have 3 young kids 2 with Autism and it was a bit stressful stay. There is no second lock on the room door so our kids could easily escape the room. The balcony was just bars outside the door which if they opened the door they would not understand they could/should not climb on. When going to the pool area the picture signage is extremely high so very difficult to show visual reminders. The lifeguard was very understanding when explained. Besides this it was the little things like reserving a room for 5 people with 2 beds and turns out the 2nd bed is a murphy bed but were not given the combination to put the bed down. We had to wait for a staff member to arrive but also not having enough bedding or towels. Which would normally not be an issue but when having to pay an extra fee for a 5th person you would expect to at least have an extra pillow and towels enough for each person.

Other than our waiter at the restaurant, who was wonderful, I found the staff and guests to be extremely rude. I am not French, I can’t speak or understand much of it but I try, because I understand that it is the language of the place I am visiting. I attempted the little French I know and I was met with rudeness, exasperation and dismissal. In the pool, many of the guests jumped on me and my children without so much as a glance after, let alone apology. A grown man pushed my son under the water because he felt he was in his way, just horrible behaviour. If you are not fluent in French, do not stay at this hotel, I would even say don’t visit Quebec City! It’s a shame because the hotel itself is lovely and the food at the restaurant was delicious too.

This place was amazing, the staff even went above and beyond to help, always with a smile. The place was amazingly clean, but the hot tub was in need of a major cleaning, as we could see scale\scum floating on top of the water.

Upon registration, we were not told that there was a code to open the Murphy bed. We had to go back to reception to get it.

Nice pool, thats about it.
The pool area and amenities were beautiful. The rooms were terrible. The room had a weird smell to begin with, musty almost. One floppy pillow per person. There was a bag of garbage on the Juliette balcony that seemed to have been there for quite sometime. My sister who was staying in rm 215 had blood on her comforter, sheets and mattress protector. They offered her a new sheet, she had to demand for all new bedding 🙄 how disgusting.

Aucun ménage la deuxième journée, il a fallu que j'aille à l'office (2 fois) pour avoir des serviettes sèches, manque de place pour souper dans la salle à manger, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel

Ne vaut pas le prix
La chambre etait petite et l'air climatisé faisait un bruit d'enfer , les gens courraient dans le couloir, le distributeur de shampoing vide , le téléphone ne fonctionnais pas, le televiseur avait le volume reglé si bas que je devais m'asseoir juste devant et bien que ce soit non fumeur, l'odeur de cigarette parvenait fortement dans ma chambre. J'ai dormi 3h. Pour 200$ la prochaine fois j'irai ailleurs. Par contre le personnel est très gentil
