Excellent service - malgré quelques petits soucis.
Nous avons eu un petit problème dans notre chambre après une nuit (séjour de 3 nuits) et on nous a offert une autre chambre sans hésitation - avec surclassement sans frais pour les inconvénients. Très apprécié. Par contre, nous avons eu un sommeil perturbé causé par les bruits de boom boom du bar voisin et à la fermeture de celui-ci, les gens étaient vraiment très bruyants dehors. Svp, pensez à ceux qui dorment. Merci. Je comprend que l’hôtel n’est pas responsable des fêtards voisins mais je comprend maintenant pourquoi il y avait des bouchons d’oreilles offerts gracieusement par l’hôtel dans notre salle de bain. Goodies pour contribuer à un meilleur sommeil 😉

OK stay at this hotel
When I entered the room, wanted to work with my laptop. Wifi deficient, chair was terrible, almost fell, wasnt straight, called reception, they changed the chair. Went to shower, the water was pouring around that shower head. Out of the shower, noticed some hair stuck on the ceiling. I could hear the neighbors going to the restroom. Got to bed, not sure if I didnt have bug bed as my legs were stung (maybe it's not the exact word in English), bitten sort of. I took the sheets away, couldnt find any, but my legs were sore. This hotel needs serious renovations. For the price I was charged... That said, service from the hotel personnel is terrific. The affiliate restaurant at walking distance (200 feet) gives a 20% discount for people staying at the hotel, if you dont take the package that includes breakfast. Good, fast service, good food.

Beau séjour en général. Toutefois Les murs sont plutôt mal isolés (manque de vie privée, on entendait les voisins). L’entretien ménager qui cogne dans la porte à plusieurs reprises a 9h un samedi était un peu dérangeant
