Best Western - accommodation in Queens

The LaGuardia Plaza Hotel has a spacious lobby and the rooms were very comfortable. The dining area and the breakfast selection was great. The only odd thing was the limited amount of ice machines, not every floor had an ice machine. On the positive note, I was able to meet more people on my journey to get ice. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again when visiting family.

I mean for the price ... it was pretty good. I was able to check in early. The staff is very helpful.. I called the night before and asked about the deposit so i already knew it was a 200 dollar deposit.. got it back right away after my checkout. They even give you the option to do the deposit in cash. The room although a beautiful view did have some areas you can tell it was old but honestly thats most of new york hotels even sometimes the more expensive ones. You cant have it all in new york .. for me the service, transportation, area, staff, the view and space of my room was great and i picked that over super modern.. because of pricing. If you arent trying to spend the big dollars i say this place was ideal ... and you know what to get based off the reviews .
